Fun fact: the reason Star Dream's countdown ends in error is because, subconsciously, Haltman was wishing to resurrect his daughter. Problem is, she's still alive, so Star Dream can't grant the wish considering you can't revive the living.
Another fun fact: When fighting the core of star dream each time you break one of things needed to cause damage to it you can faintly hear Max profitt haltman scream in agony. As when star dream absorbed him she didn’t completely absorb his memories and soul so he can still feel the pain as if it was a part of him being ripped off causing agonizing pain
another another fun fact, once the pillars are all destroyed in Star Dream, the pause screen description says that Haltmann's Soul is completely gone now. There's nothing left of him but a cold machine out to exterminate everything.
This makes so much sense. In kirby super star, when Nova grants a wish, it goes "3... 2... 1... GO." because the wish can be achieved. But in Robobot, it doesn't work so it ends in ERROR.

I grew up with Kirby Super Star on the SNES and hearing so many different motifs in this song is incredible, 5:45 blew me away to hear that old boss theme from the horizontal SHMUP section of the fight with Nova's heart. You are amazing dude keep on rocking!
Let’s face it Kirby boss themes are really good, The beginning feels like I’m in a beautiful fabric that is Space. At 0:24 when I was fighting star dream I was like “Alright you want to dance THEN LETS DANCE GAME ON” And the rest is like an Anime intro Which I LOVE
I spoiled myself this boss fight and I really want to play it now. Kirby's music and bosses are always so epic. BTW NICE REFERENCE AT 2:03 , nice Kirby Super Star throwback!
There's so much going on here, different sound mixes, samples, instruments. Getting it from your Bandcamp passes the standalone test maybe more than any other remix you've created! I was skeptical at first, not having played the game, and maybe getting confused by the complexity, the sheer movements this music possesses. But one time listening to it like the third or fifth time whether online or offline, something finally clicked. This is just about masterpiece level.
Me : Doctor, I have a mistake The doctor : What's the mistake ? Me : I CAN'T STOP LISTENING THIS ! IT'S JUST SO COOL ! Doctor : Let me listen Doctor : Oh wow I've got the same symptom GaMetal fans : Everyone got this. Your remake is just amazing
I'm really happy that I was one of many who requested the Star Dream medley, at 0:25 is my comment, I really hoped for this! Wow, that was 9 minutes of my life well spent... soon to be 18 minutes and so on. ^_^
People don't seem to realize that star dream in the final phase has the face of Nova, the wish-granting comet, and even uses attacks based off of certain parts of Nova.
I keep coming back to this theme because of just how amazing this cover is. The section between 2:52 and 4:07 just SCREAMS power! Keep up the awesome work, GaMetal!
I really loved that the game theme was set from the start "invaders want to terraform Pop Star we must stop them" instead of "walk by a green green and stop bad guy" a least the first makes more sense when the last level is "kill god"
Fight was so good, nobody realized that Star Dream & the Access Ark completely changed scale immediately after the Halberd scene to make the pocket watch appearance possible.
Planet Robobot has the trippiest final boss I’ve ever seen to this day in terms of concept. I loved how much fan service there was too. Kirby is the shit when it comes to final battles.
Wonderful! My favourite part was P-R-O-G-R-A-M. The intro part had this old school touch I really liked and the rest of it was just wonderful. Also the next song being Exdeath? Oh yes! Also this: Mind in the Program 0:00 Intermezzo without a Leader 2:52 P-R-O-G-R-A-M 4:08
Oh wow, this was definitely worth the wait! Finally something to compare with Light MetaS and TNHGameRemixes's remix! Also, is that Exdeath in the endslate? GilGaMetal confirmed? If it is, that'd be funny, because I was playing FFV iOS when this notification came in.
I loved the Star Dream Remix from Light Metas. It 15 minutes of awesomeness that lasts a while. Perfect for when you are busy with something and don't want to keep switching songs.
Oh god, this is magical. This has to be one of the best fights in the series, as you're basically fighting a sentient planet robot that can tear apart space at a whim.
allav866 I've been experimenting with various abilities, and I've found the ones that work best are Spark and Poison. Spark allows you to do heavy damage from a very long distance, while defending yourself from most projectiles, and Poison allows you to place puddles and clouds to do damage-over-time while hitting them with direct attacks.
allav866 I tried Hammer as well, but it doesn't work as well in Robobot as with previous games. So many bosses in True Arena have attacks or abilities that punish you for getting too close, which is why I prefer to use something like Spark.
I keep coming back here regularly, can't get enough of it. In-game phase 1 was my favorite but what you did with phase 3 is so AWESOME that it's beyond anything else now. That phase 3 remix is a masterpiece.
I'm loving all these game theme arranges, Jonny Atma! I first came here for Kirby BGM, now I'm waiting and listening for others too. And, also enjoying comments from all game+Jonny Atma fans;) Thank you for extremelly awsome music, and nice comments! Mario copying Sonic 06 but making it actually turn out good. (probably) Aside from the out of place properly proportioned humans though. That's still there.
Just because one of these worlds is the real one doesn´t mean the game will be all realistic and stuff. They showed many other cool-looking worlds, yet somehow all everybody seems to talk about is the real one.
Every part of this was amazing. The frantic first phase, the heavy and foreboding second phase, and the chaotic third phase. Your work is usually great, but you knocked it out of the park with this one!

It's... in the original song?
I like how each phase is basically a homage to a boss from Starfox.
Star dream really looks like an angel. Seeing it move and attack is like watching a beautiful dance.
Let’s face it Kirby boss themes are really good, The beginning feels like I’m in a beautiful fabric that is Space.
At 0:24 when I was fighting star dream I was like
“Alright you want to dance THEN LETS DANCE
GAME ON”
And the rest is like an Anime intro
Which I LOVE
Kirby sure loves to up the ante for it's final boss fights.
I spoiled myself this boss fight and I really want to play it now. Kirby's music and bosses are always so epic.
BTW NICE REFERENCE AT 2:03 , nice Kirby Super Star throwback!

This is one of best kirby remixes I've ever heard!
Omfg I just finished Robobot a few days ago so this couldn't come at a better time :D
EDIT: And that little joke in the middle killed me XD
This really is one of the best damn covers, and as long as there have been Kirby games, there have been amazing last boss fights!
Me : Doctor, I have a mistake
The doctor : What's the mistake ?
Me : I CAN'T STOP LISTENING THIS ! IT'S JUST SO COOL !
Doctor : Let me listen
Doctor : Oh wow I've got the same symptom
GaMetal fans : Everyone got this. Your remake is just amazing
Let's take a moment to recognize that Star Dream is probably THE BEST FREAKING BOSS EVER CONCEIVED BY MANKIND!!!
Not as good as Hyness IMO
Sad Boi
Void Termina: HOLD MY BEER
I'm really happy that I was one of many who requested the Star Dream medley, at 0:25 is my comment, I really hoped for this! Wow, that was 9 minutes of my life well spent... soon to be 18 minutes and so on. ^_^
People don't seem to realize that star dream in the final phase has the face of Nova, the wish-granting comet, and even uses attacks based off of certain parts of Nova.
Unless nobody ever talks about it then idk
I’ve probably listened to this at least 50 times over the years. You took a 10 and turned it into an 11.
Woah, parts of this were legit original compositions! Awesome job, Johnny!
I keep coming back to this theme because of just how amazing this cover is.
The section between 2:52 and 4:07 just SCREAMS power! Keep up the awesome work, GaMetal!
I died laughing at Captain Vul's dialogue, then I was revived by the sheer epicness of Atma's solo.
Why is Kirby music always so good
Sakurai. That's why
When you have 1k likes and 0 dislikes. You know you did a great job on your video.
Villager of SmashVille
At least we hit 1K likes before Nightmare and Zero arrived.
I know right, what's next? Nova and Marx?
More will be here soon...
Sorry, but 9 IDIOTS decided that it was a good idea to dislike
Now they are 105 IDIOTS who disliked the video
このボス戦まじで懐かしいな
最初の映像見た瞬間思い出したわ
Still my favorite cover of yours. The progression and the transitions are just SO GOOD. I’m in love
This song still makes me cry from how beautiful it is.
I can't believe how good this cover is
2:25 can we talk about the fact that this guy just summon Kingdom Hearts just in the front of us ?
I really loved that the game theme was set from the start "invaders want to terraform Pop Star we must stop them" instead of "walk by a green green and stop bad guy" a least the first makes more sense when the last level is "kill god"
Fight was so good, nobody realized that Star Dream & the Access Ark completely changed scale immediately after the Halberd scene to make the pocket watch appearance possible.
Wow, I got chills throughout the entire video! You definitely did these amazing songs justice.
This is the first ever video I have watched on your channel.
No like it popped up in my feed and I just said:
"..."
"Why not?"
And here we are now.
Mario is only Nintendos face, KIRBY IS NINTENDO BIG SHOT! #allhailKirby
HAL: Am I a joke to you?
@@commander-anne #allHALkirby
The hashtag makes even more sense seeing Kirby was confirmed to be a God in this game and now Smash Ultimate.
@@commander-anne in kirby universe HAL in their langage resembles to something like EPIC or FUCKIN GOD
1:39 genuine peak
Biased bass wielder opinion
looks like the planet robobot train hype is not ending yet
Planet Robobot has the trippiest final boss I’ve ever seen to this day in terms of concept. I loved how much fan service there was too. Kirby is the shit when it comes to final battles.
I used to watch this everyday in 8th grade and now I’m about to head to college holy fuck the memories, thanks gametal
Glad to know meta knights crew from revenge of meta knight actually didn't die and got a small gig with gametal
0:18 the beat dropped harder then a nuclear bomb.
Incorrect.
A nuclear bomb destroys stuff.
All the synth.
The fewer "natural" sounds, the better.
Now we just need Void.
🙂
Imagine how powerful star dream would be as a gaming system
I can safely say at this point that GaMetal is love, GaMetal is life.
Just please don't tease us forever with that Kabula at the end, Jonny.
Star dream’s final phase feels like a drug trip
Not gonna lie
Wonderful! My favourite part was P-R-O-G-R-A-M. The intro part had this old school touch I really liked and the rest of it was just wonderful. Also the next song being Exdeath? Oh yes!
Also this:
Mind in the Program 0:00
Intermezzo without a Leader 2:52
P-R-O-G-R-A-M 4:08
Oh wow, this was definitely worth the wait! Finally something to compare with Light MetaS and TNHGameRemixes's remix! Also, is that Exdeath in the endslate? GilGaMetal confirmed? If it is, that'd be funny, because I was playing FFV iOS when this notification came in.
J Dawg 25o I think it is.
Nick Cooper
Me too. Finally ready to shred like Knees! And Jons! And JonKnee Atma (I'm sorry)! Because GilGaMetal's shredding time's coming soon!
WOOOO! ANOTHER LIGHT METAS FAN!
Your not the only one
I loved the Star Dream Remix from Light Metas. It 15 minutes of awesomeness that lasts a while. Perfect for when you are busy with something and don't want to keep switching songs.
Oh god, this is magical. This has to be one of the best fights in the series, as you're basically fighting a sentient planet robot that can tear apart space at a whim.
What a coincidence! I just beat this game not long ago. :)
Munkeeman same
allav866 I'm on my way there. I've got all the Code Cubes and most of the stickers, but I still have yet to beat the True Arena.
allav866 I've been experimenting with various abilities, and I've found the ones that work best are Spark and Poison.
Munkeeman I haven't beaten the true arena yet. Ninja is definitely the way to go. Excellent ability, but not cheap.
The start of Phase 3 always gives me SERIOUS chills.
Ok i have one thing to say to you... WHY DOES NINTENDO NOT HIRE YOU TO PLAY ANY OF THEIR GAME THEMES FOR THE FUTURE YET?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!
I love the drop at 1:04
The mix of synthetic instruments mixed in with orchestral was wonderful to hear.
But you didn't hear the metroid tho?
BLESS
A Random Person hi pal
i thought star dream erased you from existence.
josh baughman he lives on
TELL
A Random Person You have the best profile picture.
Don't get me wrong, from a story perspective the og phase 2 music is perfectly crafted, but from a music perspective this is so much better!
Even in 2021, this holds as my favorite Kirby GaMetal ReMix
This is amazing, props to you!
Edit: 2022 now haha. Still my favorite!
I keep coming back here regularly, can't get enough of it.
In-game phase 1 was my favorite but what you did with phase 3 is so AWESOME that it's beyond anything else now. That phase 3 remix is a masterpiece.
Can we talk about this fight being one of the nuttiest villain reveals in gaming? Or is that just me.
That and void termina
I've been waiting for you... :D
I love that Acoustic Short at the end.
I'm loving all these game theme arranges, Jonny Atma!
I first came here for Kirby BGM, now I'm waiting and listening for others too.
And, also enjoying comments from all game+Jonny Atma fans;)
Thank you for extremelly awsome music, and nice comments!
I don't really get to talk with game BGM's with my friends, plus not intrested in METAL. Although it's GaMetal...So alone:(
Anyway, thank you!
Sorry for long comment.
@1:45 your keys have never sounded so good my dude
*LOVE FOR KIRBY INTENSIFIES*
what did you think of the switch presentation Jonny?
It was great! The switch looks pretty promising. We'll see what happens though.
Jonny Atma that Mari016 copying sonic 06 tho, I can't wait
Jonny Atma this is the best one ever
Mario copying Sonic 06 but making it actually turn out good. (probably) Aside from the out of place properly proportioned humans though. That's still there.
Just because one of these worlds is the real one doesn´t mean the game will be all realistic and stuff. They showed many other cool-looking worlds, yet somehow all everybody seems to talk about is the real one.
Every part of this was amazing. The frantic first phase, the heavy and foreboding second phase, and the chaotic third phase. Your work is usually great, but you knocked it out of the park with this one!
The part with the Meta-Knights is at 6:27 btw.
A remix of one of the coolest songs in Robobot AND a call back to Revenge of Meta Knight?
This is why I love you Jonny.
