Nah I’d say this is harder cause star allies gives you access to so many tools to circumvent the challenge of soul melter EX. Many characters like Kawasaki and adeline can heal your charecters for a small amount every battle. In addition several abilities and dream friends can teleport for an incredible amount of invincibility frames like magolor and esp. they also let you us 4 mage sisters and that breaks the difficulty in far more than half
@@tahamohammad8842 The bosses themselves are way harder, so if you went no ability in both you’d have a harder time in Soul Melter EX, but yeah the DLC dream friends turn it into a bit of a joke unfortunately ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Which tells that Star Dream is deleting Haltmann's soul during the boss fight, which make it more robotic in personality, and then in the True Arena, the Nova throwback? You kill the remainder of Haltmann's soul, as he screams in pain, every orb gone, the quieter it is, until there's none left, which makes Star Dream just a pure killing machine with no mind.
Really messed up for Kirby of all things.

I'm watching a vid of Star Dream Soul OS right now, and I am realizing there's a distinct, subtle sound whenever you destroy one of the pillars. I do think it sounds like Haltmann but I'm not sure, I almost feel like it only sounds like him because it's what I'm trying to hear. It's hard to hear over the music but it sounds more like a machine powering down IMO.
I was under the impression that Haltmann's soul was basically being passively eaten away at during the whole affair.

Oh man, you really weren’t kidding about this being Gurren Lagann inspired! I recently went and watched the anime, and holy crap everything in this game is totally based off of something from Gurren Lagann.
And this looks honestly amazing too, I should buy this game. I’ve always wanted to play a Gurren Lagann game.

Am I the only one who noticed that Star Dream Nova says 5 4 3 2 1 FATAL ERROR. Whichever is what Original Nova did before granting Marx’s wish but instead of saying FATAL ERROR, it says go! So Star Dream Nova is trying to grant Haltman’s wish but failing because Susie never died.

It is stated that after Kirby defeated Star Dream and the Access Ark, all damage to planets relating to it was reversed
The Robobot Armor actually IS inspired by Gurren Lugaan, as seen in the concept art
Some of the names of songs have entirely different names between the Japanese and International versions of the game (ex. Star Dream's third phase is internationally known as P-R-O-G-R-A-M to correspond to Triple Deluxe and Return to Dreamland's final boss themes, but in Japan, P-R-O-G-R-A-M is actually called Vagrant Counting Song of Retrospection.) This is the only real version difference.

I'm assuming the armor's tear is because like star dream the mech also gain sentience, but unlike star dream it saw the world kirby know. The one with love, joy, crystals, and rainbows. However it can't share that joy with kirby and now drifts in space alone.
Also in the true arena you kill Haltmann's soul, straight up remove his soul from the universe. He doesn't get an after life. Star Dream killed his soul.
I'm fairly certain drilling through Star Dream achieved the same effect in the main story.

After not playing a Kirby game in eons, I picked up Robobot and loved it. I loved it so much, I bought and played through the previous games.

Planet Robobot is probably my favorite Kirby game. Mainly because I love the tech theme all through out the game and the Robobot armor is awesome. Finally the ending its amazing over the top and absolutely ridicules... and I love it.

Mr. Bo The invisibility from teleporting with ESP actually protects you. I wasn't aware the final attack existed, I just happened to be super careful and use that in the final fight. My luck was dumb that day.

Hey AntDude. I just started watching your vids, really beginning with your Kirby series. And i gotta say, you did an AWESOME job with them all. Growing up i played every Kirby up to 64. So i had much nostalgia with them. Even given spoilers (minus Star Allies), i want to play them all now.

This was the game that got me back into Kirby. Last one i played was canvas curse in 2008, but this game looked fun so i played it, loved it and then played triple deluxe then return to dreamland and loved them

Lack of RPG elements in KSS aside, I’d actually love to see some kind of Kirby RPG, with a party and story and everything. Team Kirby Clash Deluxe really doesn’t count seeing how it was mostly just a collection of four player bosses with some micro transactions.

I really feel for you about the final boss of true arena, man. That thing got me with its shockwaves the first time around too. Still, major props for beating it copyless! I don't know how long it would have taken me without good not-so-old Archer.
Kirby in a mech suit, a ton of fan service, and an epic final boss. What more can you ask for. (besides the area cutscenes or Dedede's eyes being repositioned) Let it go AntDude.

Actually, there IS a free kirby game on the eshop called, "team kirby clash DELUXE!" you can buy new gear, there's 6 worlds with LOTS of boss battles, and way, WAY more! I actualy HAVE the game! I'm lvl 33 out of 50
