Joel is on a advaned version of the Menzer split very low frequency (works out every few months) but high volume joel I recommend that you lower the frequency to once a year and only do 1 working set per muscle gourp this way you can maximize growth of coarse you do live in Australia and gravity works differently their so this could be obtimal

I absolutely LOVE training legs, it's just a shame mine aren't "genetically gifted" either. Mind you none of my body is 😂 The great thing with leg workouts is you feel POWERFUL when doing them, like your training your whole body. Feels great!
