    Joel is on a advaned version of the Menzer split very low frequency (works out every few months) but high volume joel I recommend that you lower the frequency to once a year and only do 1 working set per muscle gourp this way you can maximize growth of coarse you do live in Australia and gravity works differently their so this could be obtimal

      Squats in Australia are different in that you don't push the weight upwards, you push the floor down

    I really like the way these guys promote nutrition and training, and there has to be something in getting the most out of the least amount of weight. It’s true I see skinny high school kids that are using more weight than me but they’re not even half the size of me barely

    I absolutely LOVE training legs, it's just a shame mine aren't "genetically gifted" either. Mind you none of my body is 😂 The great thing with leg workouts is you feel POWERFUL when doing them, like your training your whole body. Feels great!
