I want to thank you so much first of all.Thanks to you i have the courage to look at my body in the mirror again.I am doing your videos of irregular periods eating nutritious food, but I am not having regular periods yet but I hope they will be soon.I will continue to do the asanas regularly because from there I have learned to love my body again.

As a yoga teacher in training, I have found that many yoga tutorials for beginners our way to fast paced for me. And I feel like it turns into more of a work out then to watch yoga really is and finding the chakra yoga has really helped me because I took a break from yoga teacher training for a few years now, and now that I’m back into it I feel more motivated than ever and this channel is showing me how and why I want my practice to look like. I am from the west, and as we all know, the west has changed the perception of yoga, however, I am falling in love with the roots of yoga, and I appreciate the roots of yoga. It is not my goal to appropriate the culture of India, but it is my goal to make sure that in my practice I keep the roots and the origins of yoga alive, it is not a work out. It is not a religion it is more.

It is SO very welcomed and inspiring to find a yoga flow like this where we are reminded of the divine in us and encouraged to connect with ourselves on that deep level. I also appreciate very much the way you maintain the traditional hatha yoga style and slow pace in most of your classes while at the same time offering asana variations that stand out from the rest and make your flows refreshingly different to most which I LOVE!! I’ve just completed this and enjoyed it so much. I suffer from hypothyroidism and when I did the throat chakras I suddenly felt very sick. I’m relieved to say that sensation past as I continued. Any advice would be appreciated regarding the sickness feeling, do I just keep working through this . Many Thanks

I'm recently new to Yoga and such sitting poses, they look easy but I can't get my feet to stay on the ground if I do, I can do morethan 30 seconds, does it get better with time, i could use some encouragement from those who didn't grow up doing such poses of flexibility like me

Hello. After this session I had a very interesting feeling: my whole body was shaking, I felt dizzy, my hands and feet were numb. I needed extra time to get out of this state. Then I was very cold. I covered myself with a duvet and slowly I started to recover, to feel my body: my hands, my legs, head. I don't know WHY I feel like that. It's normal to be like that? But to be honest now I'm feeling very calm.🙂Thank you.

But even so the intention is very powerful and wonderful and it’s a very helpful thing to visualize. And what people believe is true for them. 💖

hello thank you so much love 💕.. this is a hatha style class. Hatha has no sequencing or flow to it.. You are mentioning about flow which is vinyasa class:) Pls understand the difference:) Also each chakra has different set of asanas on channeling.. 🤍 Try out my vinyasa classes on my channel for better understanding :)
