This was a fun tutorial because I had two new Procreate brushes after following you step by step! I am new to Procreate. I am looking for a tutorial that explains all of the terms such as jitter, burnt edges, charge etc when describing brush strokes. Sometimes just clicking on a function and increasing or decreasing its property values will show a visible change on the drawing pad, but many times it does not. Do you have a cheat sheet or video you can recommend? Thanks again for this great tutorial!!
I have zero experience with digital creation and every video of yours I watch helps me start to think ‘hey…maybe I *can* learn to do this!’ And just so you know, your video production is beyond everyone else’s in the digital planning and creation realm. Thank you!
I've watched this again and the 'preview' is excellent, I couldn't understand why my new brush images were not showing up...I hadn't selected the 'preview'...thanks x
excellent tutorial! thank you! I just had one "oops" when I made my white heart on black square the black square didn't go away like yours did. But I did learn so much from this video!
@@KDigitalStudio excuse me, when you create this kind of video, which one will you do first, 1. recording sound then shooting; 2. shooting first then recording sound; or 3. you record sound while shooting this? Hopefully your response will help me to start as youtuber, thank you.
@@smileofdean I know I’m not KDigitalStudio but I’ll tell you what happens with each. So the first one is slightly harder as you don’t what’s happening and matching the vid to the sound is hard, The second option is what most do as it can give you good sound without extra background noise. The third one if not on a quiet place your voice might not be clear as you’ll hear background noise unless you edit it out, the first two are harder(but you will get used to it) for newer RUclipsrs 3rd option but the better you get you can change as you go.
you probably dont care but if you're bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all of the new series on instaflixxer. Been streaming with my gf these days =)
Excellent and very informative. I have only had Procreate for a few days and I now feel like I'll be able to confidently create my own brushes - thank you. I will watch the video a second time - so I can open Procreate and work through at the same as you x
Hey K! Thanks for all the lessons and educational tutorials for planning and anything artistic 😙 trying to figure exactly what creative business I want to start and I feel like this might be something for me! 😆
I’m so excited to have found your channel. I’ve had my iPad for almost a year and couldn’t really find many to follow and learn what I wanted. Thanks! Question: Where is the streamline at when creating a new brush in the properties I’m not seeing it. Just spacing, jitter, fall off.
You can use their libraries. Procreate doesn’t want you to duplicate one of their brushes & only make small changes to resell is all. Using your own shapes & grains will create more unique & profitable brushes though!
Sounds like something is wrong with the shape source. Make sure there isn’t an outline when you go to add the picture of your stamp shape. Should only be your shape :)

Wow! Fastest way to make a "stamp" brush for Procreate that I've ever come across! Thank you so much for the tutorial!

@Matias Briar Definitely, I've been using instaflixxer for years myself :)

@@KDigitalStudio hahah yes ❤️
Wow fabulous tutorial. Thank you very much 👏🏻👍🏻😃
Wow… super tutorial!
Thanks, really great explanation of everything
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I am having one issue though my shape is turning its not staying upright. I must be missing a setting any ideas?
You need to squish your source shape a little bit until you find the perfect execution for your brush
you're literally the best!
aw thank you!!
I have really enjoyed your video, i even subscribed
Thank you for this video
Helloo, the Video stops at 17:58 to 18:20. idk if you noticed it but just wanted to inform. Thanks for the video😍
Sorry about that! Accidentally showed some personal content during that bit, so I needed to freeze the frame :)
Just what I need! Thank you! 😍
You're so welcome!
Very good video, sometimes only a bit to fast for beginners.
You're pretty underrated! Early but by accident lmao
❤️❤️
I think its bc her channel appears more unprofessional than it really is
Hi, are you able use the procreate library to create your own brush and then sell it on etsy or must it be completely your own shape and grain.
You can use their libraries. Procreate doesn’t want you to duplicate one of their brushes & only make small changes to resell is all. Using your own shapes & grains will create more unique & profitable brushes though!
❤
How did you get streamline
Yeah I was not seeing it either and just did update and still not finding it. Hmmm 🤔
My procreate brushes do not give me the streamline option. :/ Is that something they took away in a new update?
They moved streamline into the stability catagory
Ok. I am literally copying each step you’re doing but my heart stamp has a faint square outline behind it. What am I doing wrong?
Sounds like something is wrong with the shape source. Make sure there isn’t an outline when you go to add the picture of your stamp shape. Should only be your shape :)
@@KDigitalStudio thank you for your quick reply. I changed the background color and that seemed to work.
This is an excellent video .....however you need to slow down slightly
Excellent teaching video! Thanks
