She took a few weeks to find out what My tastes are and guided me toward healthy versions of what I like. Thank you for doing this, hopefully it shows a lot of people what heavier riders deal with.

Yo Phil you should really use a blinking tail light on busy roads like that so you have more visibility.

True cycling friends are the ones who mock you while you're suffering up a hill, and then ride circles around you when you're at the top puking your guts out!

Hard to sense how good a good rider is. I know that ride. Amazing how fast/smooth he went up with that weight he’s not used to. I guess with those miles, in your legs, it just gets harder without peddling stroke falling apart.

Ha ha ha!!! That’s got to be the funniest episode! Especially since I’m a 135 Kg cyclist. So add an additional 40 lbs. and we can go up GMR. J/K. Great job sir. Appreciate your videos.

Great video and sheds great light on the plight of heavy riders. Would love to see one with an ebike calibrated to make someone 260 feel like 180 or 165. More motivation to lose the extra insulation. Great comedy also and way to make public amends for public comments.

Okay. I'm going to give Gaimon some props here. I've ridden at 330 lbs and currently at 250--with much of that as inert weight. I mean--I'd smoke Gaimon on that hill but I do this every single day. The fact that he could finish at all without stroking out is pretty impressive.

I really enjoyed this. I too lost over a 100 lbs cycling in a year, it's been amazing. It would be interesting to put that weight on and cycle like I did the first month, wow that would feel crazy. I'm glad you did it, and not me! Even just carrying a bag of dog food I often think, wow, more than two of these is what I lost. Glad to be in much better shape now! Thanks for sharing.
