    This is my second attempt at a response to this mornings video... I guess my first disappeared somewhere out in the Internet World 🙂 Anyway,
    Good morning Omniel,
    First, I have to ask if you were uncomfortably warm in your long sleeves and jacket (referencing last Friday's video). If you had been wearing that here in Kentucky on Friday evening you'd have been hot and sweaty fore sure. The humidity here was brutal... You did look sharp though.
    I completely agree with your comments about supporting Gemini...
    As for the Mount Oku... I checked out Kribi Coffee Air Roastery and found they recommend that you purchase this coffee in a Light Roast. They apparently offer all their beans roasted to your personal liking from Light to Dark? As a consumer, I really appreciate that. Their coffee seems maybe a bit on the pricier side at $18.00 per bag and another $ 7.00+ for shipping... but you make this coffee sound like something I would like, so I will consider buying some when I'm ready for my next coffee purchase. After listening to your views on the SCA I plan to give some serious thoughts about attending next year in Houston. Possibly more walking then I'd want to do but it sounds interesting and would be good exercise at the same time. Plus, I guess if you picked up enough "Free Samples" of coffee, etc., it may help make the admission costs more reasonable 🙂
    Thanks once again for sharing your coffee experiences with us through your weekly videos... they are much appreciated here in my little neck of the woods.

      Sorry to hear you had to write your message twice, but thank you for the effort 🤗. I am having an Ethiopian Coffee from Good Brothers right now that might be right up your alley. As to this coffee, maybe if you go with a lighter roast level, but as it stands here on this video, it may be just a bit too developed for your taste. Sorry for the run-on sentence 😅. As to my attire on Friday's video, it was cool and dry in the house, a/c has to always be on tap in Florida 😅. As to the free gifts making up for the price of the show, 😅, no way. Maybe if you take an espresso machine on the way out 😅. Anyway, thank you for the laugh this morning my friend. Take care, and have a great week ahead.

    I have a flair pro 2 and a flair 58. If you’re getting a flair I’d recommend a 58. They make a carrying case for travel now if you wanted. My overall personal experience is to just not do travel espresso lol the workflow is just annoying and not as fruitful as a pour over for me personally lol. The workflow on the pro 2 can be daunting with pre heating and clean up; you’ll never take a portafilter handle for granted ever again 😂 still love my levers tho

    Oh my friend, today I'll hit you hard... there was no reference to temperature at all. Though I like your videos. - you know me.
    What in hell is your Bianca doing to take such a long time to get back to the '95C' brew temp?
    Did it timeout or run out of water? 🤗

      Good morning Oly.
      I hope all is well my friend.
      What do you mean by "reference to temperature"? I pulled the shot at the default 95 degrees, as I do most of the time. As to the machine blinking on the LCC, I have no idea why it kept blinking for so long. I'm pretty sure I could have pulled another shot at any time, but as to the blinking, I have no idea. I will experiment with that, and report back. I am editing a video right now, answering some of your questions, and you will see it in a few weeks. Thank you for your support, as always.       @OmnielCapote well, last time you talked about offset in the LCC, 'today' you said it is a follow-up of the last video (did I miss one?).
      For sure... you could have pulled another shot... but that blinking 'says', boy, I am not yet at temperature. Maybe you should consider to factory reset your machine. Please do not blame me if your coffee does not taste the same after. 🙈

      @oly7744 I see what you mean Oly. The temperature part of the video, was all last week. As to the reset, I will look into the time it's taking to be ready again, and report back.

      @OmnielCapote be careful. My Bianca friends and I, we are just nerds... (except one). He having his Lady for a year. He never changed a setting. So the nerds come in ... calibrated his machine... pulled 3 shots. The nerds confirmed ... now it tastes like coffee.... the anti-nerd's opinion was a 'little' different (cannot write what he said🙈🙈🙈).
      We reset his Bianca to factory defaults.
