    Good evening, my friend. I would not change the length of your videos. You have a good story around each and every one, and they are truly enjoyable. You maintain a very good balance between technology talk and social conversation. Your videos are very relaxing, and when I watch them, I am in a pleasant mood. Sunday morning is a perfect time to release them. I sent you some info that you asked me about on Instagram. Apologies for the slow responses, but I am ultra excited about a couple of AI-related projects. One is to automatically detect the first crack during roasting and then take action upon detection, and the other one is my work. I cannot talk about it, but I am so into it that I cannot stop working 😭 and I am trying to ignore any social communication (distraction) around me .

      Thank you for the compliments buddy, I really appreciate it. This project of yours sounds exciting, I hope it turns into the next BIG THING. As soon as I have a bit of time to invest in to the profile programming that you explained, I will try to figure it out and record a video. Take care my friend, and have a great week ahead.

    Good morning Omniel:
    I haven't given much thought as to buying another grinder with flat burrs in order to make my pour-over brews, but if I do, it will be a flat burr type only grinder rather than a Niche Duo. I'm with you on the blind shaker... I think it's simply one more gadget that makes your coffee more expensive without improving the taste, at least with my old taste buds 🙂
    As for the length of your videos... my vote is for you to simply keep doing what you like doing. You do an excellent job and I really enjoy them. My normal Sunday morning routine these days is to sit at my computer while enjoying a cup or two of coffee (straight espresso and/or lattes) while watching your weekly offering and maybe a few other U-Tube videos as well. This morning I mixed things up a bit... i did not drink any coffee at all, instead, I drank a glass of homemade V-8 juice (in my case, I guess it should be called V-5 juice) that I made a few days ago. Recipe shown below.
    You are very correct. I generally only purchase light, light-medium, and medium roast beans. I have tried a number of darker roasts and while I will drink them, I MUCH prefer the lighter roasted beans. I will add that dark roasted specially coffee is still quite a bit lighter roasted than most grocery type coffees.
    Until next Sunday, stay caffeinated my friend,
    Kerry
    ************************************
    My V-5 juice recipe:
    This recipe makes about 10 ounces, so double, triple, etc., to make more. Caution: It will only store for about a week in your refrigerator so don't make too much at a time. You can add some lettuce, celery and watercress to make it a true V-8 but the five vegetables shown tastes virtually the same Note: You can make this as a smoothie using the vegetables raw, BUT I don't care much for it. In my opinion, the simmering of the vegetables, prior to blending, improves the taste drastically.
    Ingredients:
    4 cups tomato, diced
    1/2 cup carrot, diced
    Small sliver of beet (mostly for color)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
    1 cup water, divided
    1/4 cup spinach
    1 tablespoon parsley
    Combine the tomatoes, carrots, beet, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and allow to simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add the spinach and parsley and simmer for another five minutes, keeping the pan covered. Remove from heat and let cool for ten minutes.
    Pour in blender, add remaining 1/2 cup of water, and purée until smooth - about two minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and serve chilled.

      Good morning Kerry.
      Let me start by apologizing for the imbalance in volume between my voice and the music, towards the end of the video. I made a mistake do to rushing my editing process. 😣
      My friend, I wish I had time to make such an elaborate juice. I am currently doing my yearly 8 to 12 week diet, I'm almost done with it by now, and this juice would have been a great addition. As a kid I used to drink V8's often, and I imagine that making it fresh would be so much better. I remember that the store bought one's would always have a strong can taste 😅. Ah!!, the good old days 😅.
      My friend, thank you for always being so supportive. I appreciate you a whole bunch. Have a wonderful day, and a great week ahead. 🤗

    We have the time to hangout with you cause we are not doing videos 😂😂😂
    Btw. If you turn of the Lelit factory default stand-by, you can use the stand-by function in the LCC. 👍

      Good morning Oly.
      First let me apologize for the imbalance between my speech and the music towards the end of the video. I made a mistake in editing, do to the rushing in my process.
      How do you change the stand-by on the LCC? If I can disable the factory stand-by, and set the stand-by with the LCC to perhaps, one hour, than I will make the change. Can you help me with that? Thank you.

      @OmnielCapote RtMFM...😂😂😂
      Switch through the LCC menu. You will find the "moon" symbol... most likely set to "off". Here you can change the stand-by. 🤗

    Is it correct to go below zero? I thought that the zero mark should be just above the point of contact for the burs.
    My guess is that the missing 0.5 of a gram is in those chunks. Also, does water help with the retention?
    Very interesting video, thanks!

      @OmnielCapote  2 месяца назад +1

      Hello friend, and welcome to the comments. The point of contact in the burrs, should be at zero. You shouldn't have to ever go below zero, so this indicates a calibration issue. As to water helping with retention, it possibly does. Water should reduce static, so it should help. I hope my answers help. Thank you for your comment, and have a wonderful day.
