2 carrots
2 sweet pepper
1 christophene / Chayote Squash
piece of cabbage - use a Chinese cabbage

1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp veg oil
1 scallion chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
2 tsp chief brand chowmein seasoning or 2 tsp oyster sauce / stir fry sauce
