Simple Vegetable Stir Fry You Will Love

- This stir fry screams "eat me!!" And why won't anyone? So pleasing to the eye, unbelievably good in your mouth and obviously good for you. It is always loved and I get lots of compliments when people try it. Well, I hope it is worth all that praise when you do too!
Ingredients:
4 medium sized carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
2 heads broccoli
1 medium head of cabbage
4 stalks of celery
1 red onion
About 10 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Small bunch each coriander and parsley (about ⅓ cup when chopped)
Salt to taste.

Simple stir fry filled with incredible nutrients. Very colorful and inviting, I sometimes add just a touch of sesame oil to mine and it gives it a different taste. Thx for sharing sis.

I like cauliflower instead of cabbage. But I marinate a couple days with Italian dressing in a large plastic bag. Omg so frigging good! But gotta have some char on , high heat stir stir , then eat . Used to take camping , fixed at home. Easy peasy and holy the camp ground smelled amazing! People stopped by to ask. Delicious ❤❤❤❤
