Looks great.i always cook beef with capsicum onions chilli. Sometimes with long beans and basil for Thai taste. Never thought of cabbage. Will try this recipe. Thanks.

Just learning this technique, been using the flat iron steak. Three ways: 1 cut against the grain 2 corn starch 3 little bit of baking soda.
