Canton noodles or chowmein noodles
2 cups Chopped carrots
2 cups Chopped cabbage
2 cups broccoli
4 cups Chopped bok choy
1 small onion Chopped
1/2 red bell pepper Chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

Yes I stop doing Chinese food take out I do my own. My family I have a Chinese these night where I cook orange chicken, Beijing beef and egg fried rice. I will trying this recipe. Quick, easy and simple.

I have been a fan for years Candy. Quick question: where do you find your sweet soy and how do I know it’s the sweet kind? I have had trouble finding some.

Sweet soy is usually not available in regular grocery stores I get mine at the Asian store. I will leave a link in the description box so you can see what it looks like. Usually says sweet soy sauce on the bottle. But if you can't find it just add a tbsp sugar instead.

@@MARYMAGNOLIAFAIRY my taste bud changed I don't eat soy, miso or too much greens anymore I eat meat I tried to be vegan now I'm a carnivore instead and I'm trying different diets to see what suits my health

This was delicious. I used frozen veggies cuz that’s all I had on hand and I added in a couple of flavour (pimento) peppers. It was so delicious.
Where u get the sweet soy sauce from?
The Asian market. If you can't find it just add a tbsp sugar

Can I substitute like Chinese sauce for the 4 sauces you used?
You can but you'll have to add salt or other seasonings to flavor it up.
