I've never seen anyone covering this topic with this workflow, honestly this is awesome, it makes the cloth sim so much easier, I'm gonna try it right now, wish me luck, and thank you so much, you just earn another subscriber ♥
i am a 3D Print artist and MAAAAN i was searching for this!!!! This is AMAZING when you are making some tarps on tanks and stuff Thank you TAKE MY SUB!!!!
great stuff, thank you for your contributions to the Blender community and fun videos, for people to grow, these turorials are great to highlight and learn Blender to use it to it's full potential. appreciate your input
Ah, so many different ways to do things for cloth. I had no idea. Thank you for this video. Will def find use for it in the future... when I'm a bit more seasoned with Blender modeling and sculpting...
"you could got to sculpt mode, swing the cloth brush a few times, call it uselless and go back to sculpting" damn dont need to call me out like that XD instant sub LOL
Thank you! Now I just need to learn how to combine this with animated cloth simulations on rigged people and then bring the animated clothes into Unreal Engine.
Hey man can u make a tutorial on how to animate a character putting on a mask u see im making an animation of peter b parker but i dont know how to animate him putting on his mask and theirs no tutorial on how to do it
Hey! Whenever I try and use the pose brush, I get maybe a few mm of movement and then the whole sculpt vanishes. I think it's something to do with the collision but I'm not sure. Have you seen that before?
Same problem. There's seems to be a bug with the pose brush when using the cloth simulation and setting it to use the topology mask. Using face sets seems to avoid the problem.
What I need is a course teaching me how to do everyday clothes. Joggings in cotton and polyester, jean, t shirts, hoodie, sweat in cotton etc etc... Would buy that. I took a look and like for hair, I only find people teaching how do fantasy things I don't care about.
None of this works on a higher poly mesh! -.- it gives me ridiculous small wrinkles. or blender just crashes. it's so stupid. Blender is cool, but the cloth tools are garbage.
I understand the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and I definitely support Ukraine, but what does this have anything to do with Blender? No hate towards anyone.
you're literally carrying my 3D modelling career, thank you!
Glad i could help :x

The blender will never stop surprising me)
Just don't stick your hand in one

The subtle jokes in this are awesome
I keep trying to use the brushes but every time I do parts of my mesh or just the entire thing keep disappearing
Im 2 months late but exactly same issue. Something to do with multires but I cant find the solution.
thanks bro,

I took a look and like for hair, I only find people teaching how do fantasy things I don't care about.
why not apply what you learn from their fantasy stuff and teach yourself to do the things you are wanting to do?
u best!
Cool, very tired of fiddling with the cloth sim, trying to make normal clothes.
how are you making the fold go directly up? mine keeps curving forward or back
i'm trying to make renders with beds with fabric on them. what tool should i use to add more wrinkles to the fabrics?
😂😂1:18
when i try to drag the front of the jacket, it keeps wanting to select the back of it?
nvm i see you set it to topology and not face sets at that part :)
This can be exported to game engines?
when i go back to "Object Mode" the changes i did with the tool "Pose" on the sculping mode doesn't save, someone help me!!1!
everytime i use the pose brush my model disappears
Tienes tutoriales en español?
Are you jalex that makes the anime live action bc your accent and how you talk 100% sounds like him
nice video bro
how are you previewing your adjustments in real-time? mine doesn't show me what the pose brush is actually doing until i release left click.
nevermind. i thought you were using line stroke.
Wish it was available for version 2.79 for some of us 🤦
I learnt that we shouldn't smoke and drink .. thank you
Awe
No colors appear when i use the face sets tool. The tool is not working for me. There's not a single commenter that's run into this same issue??
"This brush is trash"
Me: how the hell he read my mind!
I'm in your head 😈😈
1:19 wtf was that bro
hallo. can you make tutorial make a hijab on character with rigging? no one make tutorial hijab on blender,, please
so we're just going to act like 1:19 never happened?
you are probally the only person who have noticed that
"don`t smoke and drive, kids"? Or "don`t smoke and drive kids"? what "drive kids" means?
don't drive and smoke kids
Guuuurl, not you posing the 💀
01:19 ayo
"I'm not suggesting getting high either" .... sorry, too late lol

None of this works on a higher poly mesh! -.- it gives me ridiculous small wrinkles. or blender just crashes. it's so stupid. Blender is cool, but the cloth tools are garbage.
decimate the mesh, then see if the tools work. the cloth tools are not garbage, their just not made for super high poly stuff.
Hilarious bro....seinfeld shit!
Gib jacket video fest
