Hey Sami, I love love love your workouts but please do not continue to put ads in the workouts! especially when it is a 10 minute workout people want to do that because they don't have time for bs. It is just annoying to watch 4 ads while you are in the middle of a workout. I hope you can understand that.
When I do ab workouts my stomach looks fat and sticks out so much I am 13 and everyone keeps saying I am skinny as heck but it looks like I have belly fat :(
