    Thanks for this top level overview! I'm in the process of determining how to structure our small business Process Flows, SOP's and LMS so this was super helpful to have the walkthrough!

    This is super helpful-- once you send the link to staff, do they need a google account to access? or can they log in with any email?

    • @GrapevineSoftware
      @GrapevineSoftware  Год назад

      Thank you @MandyRoy! The answer to that question will depend on your permission settings or "General Access" you have set up. If you invite someone, they should be able to login but might need to "Request Access" and you to accept the request. It should be similar to sharing a Google Sheet or Google Doc to someone outside of the organization whether they have Gmail or Outlook email. I hope this helps!

      I will also add that is important to create a folder in your Google Drive that has all the materials on the site or classroom so the person outside the organization has access to that as well. We recommend labeling the folder the same as the classroom/site and add "Outside Content" and share the entire folder with them. Reach out if you need any help! info@imeoconsulting.com

    Love this video, can this also be used for a paid LMS program, I want to offer training in certain business skills and software. Could I use a similar approach?

    • @GrapevineSoftware
      @GrapevineSoftware  Год назад

      Thank you so much for the feedback! There is a way you could offer this as a paid course by having the content gated from a simple Stripe form embedded on your website or landing page. When someone signs up and pays, on the confirmation page, you can have the link to the course there. The only issue would be you need to have the link open for “anyone with the link” meaning others could stumble upon it for free. It’s unlikely but it is a risk.
      Another option is to use Thinkific or Teachable. They both have free options and are targeted more towards what you are looking to do. Let me know if I can help in any way!

      I have a course “Digital Business Bootcamp” that could help here as well. Check it out if you feel it fits your needs: funnel.imeocompany.com/digitalbusinessbootcamp-page

    Is there a way to see who all has completed courses? And do students have to have a Gmail email address?

    • @GrapevineSoftware
      @GrapevineSoftware  23 дня назад

      Great question. From my testing, it doesn't look like you can add people from outside the domain. And you can't technically see who has completed the course but a way around this is to add quizzes and you can tell when the people complete the quizzes. Hopefully this helps!
