    Which one isn't selling data and tracking users? The fingerprinting metadata and library injections are a big turn off for me.

      I feel you... LMSs are WAY more secure as they have to adhere to strict institutional requirements. globally.

    Thank you. Use Moodle but would like to have open source that is easily implemented as multi-tenant. Any ideas?

    What platform is comparable to Talent LMS? It's most important feature to me is its ability to track the students time spent on a section in hours and/or minutes.

    Hi Bianca!
    Very useful video on LMS comparison.
    What are your thoughts on utobo vs Kajabi, teachable.
    Would love to see your next video on it.

      Thanks Megan! I havent heard of Utobo... will Google now! I used to use Teachable and its very user friendly and is great for branding a 'school' and scaling. I haven't used Kajabi in AGES so would have to re-learn that one. My next platform review will be on Teachable though so stay tuned!

    This was an excellent video. I've been watching a lot of videos about course creators platforms, but never heard of LXPs. This is definitely something worth keeping an eye on. I'm starting an online course business. I've seen videos on all the different platforms, but I'm still not sure which platform is best for me. I will make courses that include interactive videos, interactive questions, self-assessment and grading within the videos themselves, integrated eBooks and Q&A sections, and student forums. I'll also issue certificates and badges. We will start with one course but have enough content to create three courses in the coming year. We are starting out, but would like a solid email marketing system, as well as solid student analytics. We don't want to have to switch platforms every time we need more space, nor are we experts in coding or building an advanced website. We initially thought about Kajabi because it looked like an all-in-one solution. However, it appears that Learnworlds is a more robust LMS. It may also better fit our needs as it has interactive lectures and User engagement, Assessments & Grading. Do you believe there are other alternatives? Or learnworlds is a good place to start? Thank you very much. Here is a comparison: www.learnworlds.com/learnworlds-vs-kajabi-comparison/?lw_nav=internal

      Hi JoZCohen! Thanks for your feedback and question. If you can find an off the shelf platform that can do all that PLUS have a robust e-commerce/marketing function please let ME know! I am not familiar with LearnWorlds but at first glance it does look pretty good and something that may just give you 90% of your dreams :) Do keep me posted!

      Hi @JoZCohen! I'm eager to hear if you've opted for Learnworlds for your courses. I'm in the process of launching my own online course business and have been conducting extensive research on learning management systems (LMS). Learnworlds appears to be a compelling choice for beginners, but I'd greatly value your insights before making the final call on purchasing the Starter package. Your experience would be immensely helpful. Thank you!

    Hi Thankyou for this video! I am considering an LMS to offer a tool for businesses to teach employees business communication and team buiding. Simplicity is the key because it is an additional tool not all inclusive . I am starting out with small and mid sizes businesses and I am conscious of price. Should I use a Podia ( course platorm based) or to draw B2B another platform?

    • @biancaraby
      @biancaraby  Год назад

      Hi there! Thanks for the feedback. Yes, simplicity is KEY! Check out Thinkific ruclips.net/video/-jlo00lcrG0/видео.html. They are my favourite platform. Podia is also ok, I am just not as familiar with it!

      Hi again, we use Absorb as an LXP for a client and it does the job. The 'Create' authoring tool is nothing compared to RISE but the system itself is affordable and functional.

    Hi Bianca, is there a platform or LMS that would work for a small business that would like their courses integrated into Microsoft teams? I'd like to avoid needing the staff to leave the Microsoft teams environment for third-party website to access courses. Ideally they wouldn't even need to register for the LMS separately.

      Hello I would be interested in this as well. Did you have any luck finding such platform?

    • @iandirootz
      @iandirootz 5 месяцев назад

      Still exploring but it appears LMS365 has a direct integration into Teams, and Moodle along with their partner Skooler also seems to have a good integration into Teams, though I've yet to demo Skooler to see first hand. @@honzakoran

    Hello. Loved your video. We are looking to start a subscription based company that would teach a business software in one module per month. I'm thinking we'd also have a live hour once a month so participants may ask questions. I'd like to customize the site with our logo and have it look consistent to our website. I would like users to be able to use their mobile devises for learning. Would you please recommend a few software packages? Thanks!

      Thanks for the feedback! Check out Thinkific as they have just added MOBILE as an option. ruclips.net/video/-jlo00lcrG0/видео.html OR Mighty Networks is a GREAT platform for people who have LIVES, content and want a great mobile experience

    Hello, I am a dog trainer. Each of my clients will receive new exercises per week. I need an easy way to add exercises to my clients profile. It would be ideal if I could finish up their in person class, then go to my car, load up an app and simply select the specific exercises from a database then add to their profile right there. So it's not so much courses I'm looking to build but rather have a huge database of exercises that I can select from to add to specific client's profiles. Is there an app or service that fits these needs? I've been searching all over but all I can find is services that offer course building. As in a select group of students can enroll in the same course. In my case, each client will have their own unique set of exercises that can be updated each week. Sorry for the redundancy in explanation but it's difficult to explain :) Hopefully you can help steer me in the right direction, thanks!

      Hi there! No problems... hmm.. I think I get what you are trying to do. You have a repository of content and you want to dish it up like playlists? I just learned about 7Taps: www.7taps.com/. This is for micro, stackable learning. You could simply create 'lists' of these that go with each session and email them? OR, check out Mighty Networks. They have lots of ways to group content into linear flow AND has a 'feed' option. So you could post in the feed the link to the 'flow' of learning bite for that week. Am I making sense?

    Can't figure out what system is best for me. I'm producing hundreds of videos.suscribers pay at different levels e.g
    Free material
    Basic 30 videos a month
    Standard (more)
    Full (more)
    Educational (higher sum for group access).
    Are we looking at a LMS ? 🙏

    • @biancaraby
      @biancaraby  2 месяца назад

      I wouldn't think so. An LMS is more for education providers with complex admin and assessment needs. You need a platform that caters for membership models. Look at Mighty Networks, Circle and Uscreen www.uscreen.tv/
