    Frankly speaking the best video i have seen so far with clear and very informative options.... I just have a question, those all in one like Kajabi or thinkfic, can be integrated with your own website, i mean you use them only to create the course ?? then link this somehow with your own page ??? becuse i just started and was planning to use the other way of having my own website -worpress with LMS integrated, however i need an authoring tool that i can create the course , then upload on LMS .... I'm really confused and need your advise ... any possible way to have a consultation ??

    • @witandwire
      @witandwire  7 дней назад

      Good question! With All-in-ones you have the ability to create your website, include email marketing, and digital product creation. Currently, Melissa exclusively offers 1:1 consulting calls to students in our signature programs (as an optional paid add-on). So the best way to work with her is through one of our Wit & Wire programs, such as Course Builders or Email Engines. You can find more details about these programs here: www.witandwire.com/courses (but there’s no pressure to join).

    Thank you for the great overview!
    The most important point for me is that the platform pays VAT to the customer's country of origin. My task now is to find out.

    • @witandwire
      @witandwire  3 месяца назад +1

      You're welcome! Different checkout platforms handle VAT taxes differently, so we do have a column about Payment Processor types in our free Course Creation Toolkit: witandwire.com/coursetoolkit
      We recommend that resource as a starting point, but from there, you might choose 1-2 platforms to research further. To see their specific VAT/tax handling functionality, you can search for “VAT” in their help articles, typically found in the footer of their websites.
      Lastly, since I’m not a tax professional, my last tip is to consult with a professional in your country, since they’ll be able to offer the best guidance.

      Great question. I’m not as familiar with iSpring, but I think they have more interactive features than Thinkific and the options I cover in this platform comparison. But to really know for sure, I’d recommend searching for an iSpring tutorial on RUclips or browsing their website.

      Great question. I personally find Mighty Networks to be a bit too complicated as a member, which is why I don't usually use or recommend them for business owners. Great question. The feature you’re looking for is usually called “Additional Authors,” “User Roles,” or “JV Partners.” Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, and ThriveCart all have the option, and likely others. I’d recommend doing more research on the exact permissions and abilities you’re looking for per platform.

      Skool’s community includes only one forum while Circle gives you multiple spaces. Skool has a leaderboard function. They definitely have differences, and I’m guessing various business owners will have their own preferences.

      You can use Wix’s native course creation tools. I have a few students in our program Course Builders who use it and seem happy, but it isn’t something I’ve tested myself. If you want a tool that does everything - including website, email marketing, course creation, community, and services - then Wix might be limiting.

OK..thought I, so, I went to Thinkific for a year, which was nice (and they were nice) but at £440 a year with VAT it's ultimately a tad pricey for a small operator like myself.
