- It's our first theme park vlog of 2016 and we couldn't think of a more magical place to start of the year with a trip to Disneyland located in Anaheim, California. Join us as we spend a day enjoying the diamond celebrations at the original Magic Kingdom that opened in 1955!

Watching vlogs from Disney reminds me how much fun i had at Disneyland Paris in May last year as i had never been to a disney park until my trip in 2015, my favourite rides were star tours, big thunder mountain, pirates of the carribbean and rock n rollercoaster

Disneyland is so freaking awesome. Would love to return someday to catch the 60th additions and perhaps even Star Wars land. And Indy is definitely my favorite ride of all time. The alternative scene at the beginning is so much fun because you never know what you'll get :)

+LittlestarRed We have footage of Haunted Mansion from our visit in September, the ride closed after a few days of us at the park so we didn't manage to capture any footage sadly! Thank you for the feedback!

Great vlog mate! I'm heading to the states at the end of next month from Australia and hitting up Disneyland, Knotts, SFMM and your vlogs have given me an idea of what to expect and plan for. Also going to season opening day at SFGA in NJ. It's costing me a fortune, but will be well worth it!

Great vlog! I would love to go to Disneyland! I was going to go to the one in Paris this January, but that did not work out, but this year I am probably going to go to Europa Park, Heide Park, Six Flags Great Adventure and Port Aventura!

I don't know if its just me, but the last time i went to disneyland there was a massive lack of characters around the park?
(Florida) this was back in 2009-2010 i believe and personally i rarely got the opportunity to see any characters such as minnie, mickey, Saying that we rarely seen many parades when we went also.
+fist me senpai Disneyland is always full of characters, with Walt Disney World they tend to be spread out more across the parks

Another Great vlog, always good seeing alex, I have a qucik question, we as a family are planning to do a european theme park trip late May, we did europa park last year which was fantastic which I am sure we will do again at somepoint, but which park should we do next? We are thinking of leaving portaventura atm as its a little expensive to fly at the time we want to, so we are thinking between liseburg, phantasialand, park astrix or efteling? ps we all enjoy thrill rides.
You can easily do phantasialand and the efteling. I live in the middle of them both and they are both amazing. The efteling has some great thrillrides but the Efteling is great with the mood that you get from all the theming. Phantasialand is also a park with great theming but the feeling is different but there are more thrills. I would go to them both! They are only 1 and a half hour to 2 away from each other.
+crazyurbanmyth Phantasialand is the next park you should visit, and with 2 new rides opening this year it's the one to be at!

Thanks for the advice both of you, we will defiantly look into going to both in a single trip as they both look spectacular and are alot nearer to each other than I thought.
+crazyurbanmyth I just wanted to help a bit more so I googled how far the two parks are and they are 1 hour and 55 minutes away. If you book a hotel in the middle of them both or you book a hotel by the Efteling or Phantasialand you have enough time to visit them both in two days. (tinyurl.com/hnq5qkw google maps)
So with you saying that the Indiana Jones ride is the best in the world, does that mean it beats Shambala?
+Travel_Master1 In terms of a dark ride, but I would say I enjoy it more than Shambhala
