    I had a XS Power D3400 take a shit on me, kept causing electrical issues, so I swapped my old recharged Optima RedTop back in and no issues what so ever, so if u get a XS Power Battery with rusty washers inside the box, be weary of it!~

    Amazon apparently isn't an authorized dealer so your battery has no warranty.

    Hey, I'm loving the videos! I also have a CRV (2014 touring) and I'm fairly new to car audio. I want to be able to run a 3k, but I don't know what electrical needs to be upgraded and how much I need to upgrade it. Is there any way to calculate this? Thank you!

      @@kawaiidono8633 if you are planning on using your stock electrical. I would use all 0 Guage ofc wire. And approximately 50ah of AGM battery for every 1k watts. And if you are using any kind of lithium I would go with. 10 ah for every 1k watts. So for your 3k you would need roughly 150 ah of AGM or 30ah of lithium. Hope this helps. You can reach out anytime for advice or questions

      @@kawaiidono8633 also the crv has a 2 stage charging system in the pcm. So anytime you run your system make sure your headlights are turned on. It will make the system charge on the high setting. Using a volt meter for testing will prove the science lol

      @@kawaiidono8633 for 3k I recommend all 0 Guage wire. Big 3 electrical upgrade. Also for extra battery power. For agm u need 50ah per 1k watts or for lithium u need 10ah per 1k watts. So 150ah AGM or 30ah lithium with the big 3 upgrade and all 0 Guage wire will be sufficient

    I thought they said you couldn't put an AGM battery underneath the hood it's not good because it can overheat

    • @audiokonnections
      @audiokonnections  4 месяца назад +1

      No you don't want lithium under the hood. Most new cars actually come with AGM batteries under the hood from the factory
