I think using the lizardfolk build for some primitive character who makes their own tools could work A sharpened quarterstaff that functions like a spear for the druid or the barbarian uses an Aztec sword club

Very recently I've reflavored an Earth Genasi as a full on Stone Golem. Just literally rocks linked together by primeval magic and runes. Planning on taking the new Path of the Giant Barbarian for a spin in a one shot with this character. The ability to be large and throw my maul I'm flavoring as I swing my arm and detach my boulder like forearm hurdling towards enemies. It's gonna be a fun game!
You could flavor the tortle as a small umberhulk if you wanted to be more bug like instead of turtle. I’ve actually played a custom lineage human mutant blood hunter that took the hunters bane ritual that I’ve re flavored as the Yuan-Ti ritual that is slowly turning into a Yuan-Ti from taking the mutagens.
Awesome! Back when the hex blood was introduced, I thought the becoming a hag feature would be awesome if reflavored into a yuan ti pure blood gradually turning into an yuan ti abomination!
I’m currently thinking of a Sarrukh character concept! I’m looking through the race and class options to see who’s statblocks/features would be the best fit lol. I really do appreciate your videos, they’ve helped me out a lot!
An easy reflavor for shadar-kai would be some kind of vampire just instead of a focus on biting like Dhampir you have a focus on vampiric magic being able to temporarily turn into a swarm of rats bats or even dark mist to evade your foes (misty step ability) and you can flavor the advantage against charms and immunity to sleep as a blessing from your vampiric blood
I thought of reflavoring a dragonborn who is a dragon who was cursed to have an irreversible polymorph. Just imagine looking like a normal guy and turning a random bandit into ash with his breath weapon
I love your reflavor ideas dude. Ive been working on a few reflavor ideas but was wondering on ideas of dhampir, leonin, and centaur even a loxodon because im stuck with them? I just looking for someone else's insight into these 4 races cause idk what i got be okay to reflavor.
First! I also disagree with the reflavoring of tritons and yuan-ti as sahuagins and malesons as well as abominations; because of the claws, teeth, 120ft darkvision of the sahuagin and the fact that abominations are large size and malesons can also have giant snacke lower halfs.
I think you may have missed the premise. Is there a better race you would use to reflavor into sahuagins? Or would you agree that out of all the options, triton would be the closest

I had an idea for a tortle reflavored as a Rune Demon from older editions.
I always wanted to play a Sahuagen (?) with the stat block of a lizard folk, i think the bite ability fits extemely well

Nice video, but it's Tabaxi, not Tobaxi. And You mispronounced Yuan-Ti. It's pronounced "you on tea" not "yoon tie"
