    Luckily a vehicle has never been hit by me with a pressure washer tip but a few tips have ended up across the street in the neighbors yard! The rinseless wash is an amazing product. There was a video where Yvan said most people do not know how to use rinseless wash. I took this to heart and really opened up my stubborn thought process. The result is I am still learning everyday! My wife is an alementary school teacher and she has a poster of a young boy standing behind home plate on a baseball field. The caption reads “The expert in anything was once a beginner”. I treat every day as the beginner! Thank you guys for another inspiring video!

    The main use case for me with rinseless wash is winter. Unfortunately, most people don't have a drain in their garage. That means any pre-rinse has to be done outside and is in danger of freezing on the vehicle unless you're lucky enough to have an unusually warm day.
    I just ordered my first bottle of DIY rinseless. We'll see how it goes this winter!

    1. foaming with incredible suds (or any other pH neutral cap soap) and then rinsing with pressure washer
    2. foaming with dyi rinselesss and then rinsing with pressure washer?

    Does the legacy sponge pick up and retain oils (ie oils from brake fluids, oils from the road, etc)? If it does retain oils and the sponge doesn't fully release the oils in the bucket, will you scratch the painted surface over time? Or, does the rinseless fluid also pull oils down to bottom of the bucket so that you are not reintroducing oil back on to the car surface.
    In your filmed situation, would it make sense to rinseless foam canon watery then come back rinseless a little more foamy to remove oils and films like Ivan mentioned in the video.
    Do you recommend applying panel prep always before applying a spray on sealant, wax, etc? For proper adhesion.

      The DIY Detail Rinseless Wash does a great job cleaning the car and doesn’t load the sponge.
      You can foam DIY Detail Rinseless Wash, but it’s a waste of product.
      You only need panel prep prior to a coating.

    Hello DIY Detail I am 14 and starting my own car detailing buisness i've been looking into rinceless washing for a quicker wash on detail's .I have a question like when you pre spray with a sprayer or keg sprayer it is efficent . But I wanted to no if I put it rincewash in a foam cannon turn the nob so mostly water comes out and pre soak/spray it that way then come with the wash sponge and start washing. Would that be a efficent method.
    You videos and methods are amazing and are going to help me strating my buiseness.

      Unfortunately not, look at options that don’t require a pressure washer. I started when I was 12, and had I had access to Rinseless Wash I would have been enthusiastically using it.

    So question, I recently bought a handful of products for you fellas and have been really liking them. Im getting ready to perform my 1st rinseless wash. Typically my trucks get pretty dirty.. I typically do the 2bucket method but im kinda liking your 2foam method. so im wondering what your take is on if i do my 1st foam with incredible suds then rinse prior to the doing the rinseless? Or am i just completely overthinking this?

    So I'm new to detailing my own car. I've watch a few of the rinseless wash videos now and it always seems like at the beginning you talk about that the car is ceramic coated. Does rinseless wash work just as good on a unprotected car?

    • @diydetailofficial
      @diydetailofficial  Год назад

      Yes it does--absolutely! The best part about a coated car is that it is much easier to clean in the future, so I would just keep that in mind in terms of your own car...making that a possible goal of yours to get it coated

      Oh ok…like my cars are never very dirty, so I would be able to wash it without a hose? Obviously I wouldn’t use a hoseless method on a very muddy car. What really got me to buy this product was when they mentioned that this product is basically a loophole vs the water bans/restrictions..that means no hose. Reviews for this product are very good!

      Rinseless means you do not rinse the solution off the surface before drying. Rinseless is a technique, once you get it, it will be safer than a soap wash in most instances.

    This is a nice demo, but I feel like the fact that you used a pressure washer to foam the car and then rinsed it off as a prewash, totally defeats the purpose of a rinse less wash… if you have access to a hose or pressure washer, why bother? Just prewash and two bucket method

    • @diydetailofficial
      @diydetailofficial  9 месяцев назад +1

      Rinseless doesn’t mean hose less. Rinseless refers to the fact that you do not rinse after the contact wash.

    • @yao-wencheng6350
      @yao-wencheng6350 9 месяцев назад +1

      That’s my point exactly. One of the main benefits of rinseless is that you can do it when access to water is limited. I feel like compared to a traditional contact wash via 2 bucket method, the chances of scratching your car are a bit higher with rinseless. I guess you could argue that rinseless is a bit faster or that it leaves less of a mess on the floor afterwards, but any other benefit to going rinseless?

    • @diydetailofficial
      @diydetailofficial  9 месяцев назад +1

      @yao-wencheng6350 Rinseless is safer than a traditional soap wash, plus it’s a drying aid and lubricant.
