Damn, if you hit the dice wrong then all the rolls will be totally different runs everytime...and is why its a bitch..but i think the dice is harder than the devils phases!!!

I found all the plane bullet-hell sections the easiest. Beat dr kahl 2nd try. And the dlc cow in around 5. But i struggled with the devil a lot longer than he did.
Asmon is so wrong about parrying. He claims parrying is just used to show off and just adds extra risk. There were sooo many times he could have easily parried something but instead he tried to avoid it and it made things way harder. He got hit many many times because of his refusal to parry.

I've seen other runs and 30 minutes is the total time they spent on Cagney Carnation alone. Might have to do with the fact that the really long runs I've seen (I've seen some spend nearly 15 hours straight on this game just to reach king dice lmao, they literally had to do their lunch and dinner on stream and even open up a new video since youtube can't archive streams longer than 12 hours) were usually in 2p mode and quite a while after this video so the bosses may have been beefed up a little bit since this stream

From my experience, the easiest King Dice fights are 2,3, and 8. Middle of the road difficulty are 4,5, and 6. 1,7, and 9 are the most annoying. Also, I noticed that what makes the Devil so difficult, is his very high hp pool during his first phase. The Spread is supposed to be the strongest weapon, but it takes just as long to beat him with it as any other weapon.
the real question is, why not aim up and shoot instead of jumping and horizontal shooting, then getting hit by shit that is above you that would not even hit you if you did not jump?
Shooting in this game is very annoying and it is difficult to shoot at moving targets so jumping is the best solution for this if you play the game you are supposed to understand this

I feel that's pretty unfair to just write the game off as a "contra clone" really it's different in way more ways. but I can see how you can feel that way. but I would more compare it to Dynamite Heady considering that the game was more boss focused rather than level focused (like Cuphead). but really if you haven't already picked it up, do so. it's a charming, fun, and great game that I would personally put somewhere on my top 10's list. but yeah that's just my personal opinion, don't waste your money on something a paper cloud sells to ya on the internet.

He did hit retry around 100 times probably but he played incredibly well either way. I was at 500-600 deaths i would say.
