- Get ready for another one of my horrible ideas...In today's video I'll be attempting to beat King Dice, The Devil, and the entire Cuphead DLC on expert mode, with a twist! I've modded the game to give every boss a whopping 10 times more health, making this a true test of skill and determination.

The music in the Devil Boss Fight is so insanely good at just stressing the player out! I also feel that the colors make some assests blend together so along with the fast paced music, its easy to completely lose track of where you are and where you're going
13:18 I'm sure someone might have noticed, but "fear lap" is parody name of "Phar lap" an Australian horse famous for its racing ability and having its larger then normal heart displayed in a museum. He died when he went to race outside of Australia and some say it was because someone poisoned the stalion.

Fun fact : In the Kings Challenges (The parry fights) if you bring a 2nd player and let them die, parrying their ghost actually fills your super meter, meaning you can actually use super arts in the fights (although none of them do any damage, so only the Invincibility and Extra Heart super arts actually help).

Fun fact: Boss Number 9 of the King Dice fight used to have a glitch that causing him to careen into the side of the level effectively killing him

This channel is such a goldmine of interesting challenges to do
I never beat this boss with this mod, but my strategy for the Spider Transformation (usually using the Smoke Bomb) is to use the Spread Shot, shoot upwards (unless there was a minion coming), and not move. I'd watch the top of the screen (while watching the minions out of the corner of my eye) to see whether or not he would land directly on top of me. If he was slightly off and would land right next to me instead, I'd just stay put and shoot him. If I knew for a fact that he was going to land on top of me, I'd dash out of the way and return to my original spot afterwards. The Smoke Bomb gives me more reaction time in doing this.

Correction on glumstone:the cowbell will only appear when one is hit with a bone. It’s not hidden inside one that then reveals it when hit with a bone or chicken leg.
What an awesome finale to this series! It was very much worth the wait; I think you did a wonderful job with the video, and the challenge in general! If this is the final Cuphead challenge you do on the channel, so be it. I loved all of them!

I love during the "howling aces" fight 1:00:32 he complains about the tattoo being on the "right" arm (it's the viewers right the characters left) and when the boss is on the right of the screen it's on his "left" arm (character right, viewers left) so just a little fun being poked.

38:10 actually, the platforms hit with chicken legs will only sink, whereas the platform hit with the bone will be the one with the dinner bell. you can use this to see where it'll go a bit ahead of time and be ready for it

15:28 You can tell from the drawings on the right that Mangosteen is based on Melon Bread, a joke boss from Gunstar Heroes who slowly, infrequently tosses a ball at you.
So slowly, in fact, that on lower difficulty levels, you can easily take him down before he even gets a chance to use that attack.

This might be a silly idea but I was looking back at your old challenges from a year ago or so and I was thinking how cool it would be if you came back to them now as you’ve definitely improved in the game

Hey so for the Spider attack on the Devils first phase, Ive found that the best strategy is to run in one direction while hes above the screen, then turn around just before he appears again and walk in the opposite direction. It takes a little bit to get the timing down, but Ive found that this is a much more consistent and easier way to avoid getting hit than just running continuously in the same direction and then dodging out of his way when the spider comes crashing down
i usually wait til i see the spider then if he went directly on me i smoke bomb dash out to avoid damage but if he didnt lock on to me because i am standing still he will completely miss
In my experience, the Goat Transformation was really annoying because the Devil could DELAY the slap portion if he wanted to, so if I wasn't Ms. Chalice, I'd have to rely partially on luck. It was annoying. I still beat it, but doesn't change my opinion.

Funnily enough, I *did* witness the pawns surviving more than one hit while playing in Co-op mode, where they took half damage from a parry. So, it is possible to have them tank more than one hit.
But the co-op mode is a very different thing, it is made specifically for them to have double the health and double the parry opportunities, whereas while playing solo you can only parry them once
One time, when I was fighting glumstone, The chaser bullets kept circling around a Gnome and when it finally died, all the orbiting chaser shots flew all over the place hitting a bunch of things
not sure whats crazier the fact that he no hit some of the bosses or had enough patience to even pull this off

I have 2 things to say, firstly: Cuphead but you can’t take any damage and Secondly: these series of episodes are very inspiring and made me get back into playing Cuphead, you are the best Cuphead RUclipsr I know, you are, indeed, the god of Cuphead

I got an idea. You play whole game (DLC included) expert s rank with random everything (shot, charm, super; maybe character) for every boss (another boss - another random). For every lost hp you get 1 point, for total dying - 5 points. In the end of the video, you should say “Cuphead” as many times as there are points.
48:07 yes, but you can start parrying before he swings so you can get a whopping 3 parries! Not worth it in a challenge like this tho, but in vannilla it's very useful

First off, F for dough. Second, I am glad someone else enjoys the chaser. It is really good because of the fact it is designed to not miss.
before the game got patched there was a glitch where during the devil's serpent transformation if you moved to the opposite side of the screen to safety you'd still get hurt
You can actually dodge hoppus pocus’s card suit with Mrs chalice while its going up. If you get on the floating card and do a well time roll, and then instantly after that you have to double jump back on the card.
could have made the hocus pocus fight easier. fun fact: in expert, you can just stay in one spot, ducking and you won't take damage by the skulls
I think you can hide behind Mr. Weezy, because he doesn't take up the entire ash tray. You should be able to just hide behind him by sitting at the starting ashtray, not on the edge. To add the point you can basically fall but just close enough. So, if you have any other challenges like the one I'm about to say yo, I'm not a challenge.We have every boss and king dies with 20 times H.P, but you can use the chaser and the crackshaw.And miss Charles, you can choose to keep plain bosses the same or increase the health.It's your option

I wanna add something, the platforms in the third phase of glumstone only start swinging a cowbell when hit with a bone. When they eat a chicken leg, they go down.

Its like expert but on crack, its pretty cool, the attacks are even faster and some bosses even have new/unused attacks

I have a nice vid idea! You should do cuphead, but every dodge has to be frame perfect to avoid getting hit! I think this would be a cool challenge to try!
All of Ms.chalice's super arts
Super art I - After a brief pause, stalls the player in the air and fires a large stream of liquid from the head of the player. Fires exclusively vertically, dealing massive damage. It stuns the boss slightly every time it hits.
Ms. Chalice's Super Art II - Shield Pal - Summons a flying golden shield with a heart printed onto it. This shield will hover around the player, staying until the player is damaged. If the player is to be hit with the Super activated, the shield will instead take the hit and no HP will be reduced.
Ms. Chalice's Super Art III - Ghostly Barrage - Unleashes a swarm of legendary porcelain ghosts who were displayed as statues in Rugged Ridge. Ms. Chalice returns to normal and her spear stays and turn pink for you to parry and fill the super meter.

For the devil I find converge better since when the devil is in the second last when he summons those blue bats from the top of his head. The converge bullets hit BOTH HIS EYES AND THE BATS not to mention it also hits the purple people on the left and right.
I know this sounds like a modder’s nightmare, but what if for a challenge you fought every single boss at the same time? Like all of them overlapped with eachother on the same stage
