A great full body exercise that can really get your blood flowing. The trouble is that sometimes people make it all about upper body strength and forget to integrate the upper body with the core and the legs… imagine a mini bonfire under your belly while doing the exercise and focus your attention on keeping the lift in the centre of your body. The arms should be straight but the elbows should NOT feel locked and the legs should be straight with emphasis on the back of the thighs and not the quads. All of that will shift the strain from the upper body and will harness it into real full body power.
