    Perfectly cooked. Medium rare is the only way to go. I have never had a tomahawk steak. I will definitely try one.

    Perfect perfect perfect guidance on the temps. Most RUclips chefs do the initial cook to 125 degrees and then sear WHICH OVERCOOKS THE STEAK! Taking it off and then searing to 120-125 gives the steak plenty of time to develop that beautiful crust without overcooking. While searing I like to baste the steaks in a rub-infused oil and then apply a finishing coat of the infused oil while it’s resting to give it additional flavors.

    Nice vid, but i like my food hot once you let rest for 10 to 15 mins steak is cold, suggestions ?

      Not the case at all. Cover it with aluminum foil on a wooden cutting board for 10-15 min. Hot perfection.

      La cocina es experimento, yo me arriesgaría en ponerlo 20 o 30 segundos en la parrilla por lado para que esté caliente. También me gusta la carne caliente.

    I would also have put some oil on the meat, other than that, the meat looks great.

      No oil needed at all... it's being grilled so not much seasoning will be lost.. second, the ribeye has plenty of fat, no reason for a binder with both those in play
