Barbara Watson I believe that's extra virgin olive oil that shouldn't be heated (save it for things like salad dressings). Regular olive oil can be cooked with though.

Dari, you say you can also use dark meat turkey, I read somewhere that with the low fat options of red meat that it is the same as using dark meat turkey. Have you heard this?

Lisa6812 It is not super spicy but if you want to avoid the spice all together, definitely cut out the cayenne pepper!
