This is exactly what I was looking for to use with PEX. I was wondering since no screw holes to put onto wood how anchoring since pex is not as rigid as copper pipe. But I see the metal tape you used to anchor to wood. Thank you so much.

Yeh, I was scratching my head, to figure out how to mount it. I even called the company, but no good advice there. So I decided to do it this way.its still good, thank God. Great to hear that this video helped.

Which fittings do you use in the first seconds to connect the hot and cold water lines? I cannot find anything...

If I remember correctly. Those came together with the faucet. It's more like a union fitting.

Hey, did you have to do any soldering? Was planning on replacing myself, but hiring a plumber if it needed soldering.

I did. But you ca use alternative methods. You can use s shark bite connector.

Hi, I have a question. Whyyou didn't you put thread seal tape on the two shower valve threads before you put on the large nuts? Thanks.

Hi, because it's called a u-joint. I believe there is a rubber in between that creates a water tight seal.

The plumbing connections are covered in the faucet instructions. What isn't covered is how deep in the wall to locate the assembly, how the vertical position is determined, the location of the tub spout (not the shower head) relative to the handles and the lip of the tub, and how it is anchored; topics that are glossed over or completely absent in the instructions. I agree that this video was pointless.

Why in the world would you install a two handle instead of a code required pressure balance anti-scald valve?

Bro you didn't show how you made connections at all.

Sorry. But how to make the connections, is a general plumbing skill.

too fast and - didn't show how to connect pipes or how to mount the faucet on the wall!!
    Disappointing....

You can play it in slow motion or pause it in places you want to observe. Connection is basic pex connection. Take a pipe with a ring and crimp it together.
