They're literally advertising the replay system. Hourglass, "let me vibe for a minute" as in recording time. Literal replays of kickass moments and notable names. It's pretty blatant.

They've used the same kind of footage for every trailer they've ever done. The lyrics usually have absolutely nothing to do with the patch itself, mainly they're just there for vibes. And as for Hourglass, that's just game lore.
That hourglass thing is from the new map. It was on the map teaser player card that was on page 10 of the battlepass in act 2, which shows sage repelling down into a cave or ravine of some kind. The new map name was also leaked to be called bastion.
