"I'm not going to say hate"
Me: Looks at the title
Me: "Okay..."
Hate gets clicks
I completely know what you mean about bad questions. I often go to cars and coffee, and some random passerbys will stumble through and just act completely ridiculous and embarrass themselves. It's tough to describe, but I know what you mean. Almost like they don't even care about the car or you, but they're just talking out their ass or something about, "oh I'd have bought one of these if they weren't so bad on maintenance and gas mileage bla bla bla."
A Swede here.
A pleasure to watch. I recognize all five niggles as a former Porsche Cayman GTS owner. The worry was the reason I actually sold the Porsche and got a brand new BMW M140i, not sold in the States, with 340 hp and a design that makes you invisible to people. The feeling to be able to drive around in a car that no one sees (except the other enthusiasts) is great! And knowing that the car does 0-100 km/h in 4.6 sec is wonderful. So nowadays I live a peaceful life without the stress of losing value, getting moronic questions every time I park or fill up with gas and the ride height is even high enough for me to be able to get in and out of my garage without a hiccup.
Have subscribed to your channel, keep up the good work!
I love how honest you are. Show of the Trek and the road bike sometime.
Keep brining the Ferrari content! 👊🏻 btw they make a skid plate for the front bumper :)
Your not buying cheap, your buying smart and wisely.
I agree. 😁
Love your video. Very genuine and down to earth. I have the same worries about buying one and it is A LOT of money for me but I think I will still go for it. The insurance has a €6.900 excess in Spain for me and I think I would constantly worry that some envious person will scratch it or damage it. Do you worry about that too?
DIGGIN the hardtail hangn on the wall. Enjoying the vids...thanks for the honesty!
You're welcome!
Great video. I just bought a 2007 F1 spider. Everything you said is true. The worry struggle is real. I also hate that you have to have the ignition on to open the trunk and the gas cap. Otherwise, were really lucky to have an intimate relationship with these cars. So bad ass. Enjoy!!
you nailed all the shit I think about with mine too! and I mean exactly! BTW what are you using to film? you are inspiring me to make some vids of mine!
Daniel Hurlbert you're interesting and so is the content, makes for authentic videos. loving it!
Had to sub man puts out good vids
Thanks!
Are you using the stock exhaust supports or aftermarket ones?
i like your channel, its unique and very insightful for someone like me who it looking to buy an f430
Hey Daniel I agree with you about the 5 things. The ground clearance is an issue and that's why I am purchasing a front bumper skid plate to try to protect the bumper as much as possible, but I'll still have to take care anyway. I hadn't thought about the rear diffuser possibly suffering from the same clearance issue but you're right. The wide door issue is an issue, but then it is on many other sports cars as well, so that is the least of my annoyances compared to the other issues you noted. Unlike you I have had very few questions from people about my previous Ferrari when I owned it, so its not as much of an annoyance for me, though perhaps my new F430 Spider is a more attention grabbing car than the 575M Maranello was and will attract more attention both good and bad. Most of comments I have had from other people with the 575 were just compliments. Prior to my recent purchase of an F430 Spider I read up on the car as I did prior to purchasing the 575, and the 3 most common maladies affecting the F430 are wheel bearing and tie rods (due to people who drive them enjoying them particularly around corners), as well as exhaust manifold failures. So you have already experienced 1 of the 3, hopefully you don't experience the others. As far as worry about the car is concerned, I agree totally. Speaking from ownership of my 575 every time I heard something awry I brought it in to service and fortunately in most cases it was nothing. Overall the 575 was a rock solid reliable car and though I only drove it on weekends in the Spring/Summer/Fall period (Ferraris' don't fare so well in the winter up here in Canada unless you own an FF) I still managed to put 12000 miles on it in 3 summers which is more than most considering the time spent behind the wheel. I didn't have any major mechanical issues with the car. I was constantly worried when parking it unattended and worried about vandalism, etc... As it turned out a jealous employee at a premium hand car wash ended up marking the paint on the left front fender which was very upsetting, but these things do happen when you own a nice car unfortunately.
That's the best looking F430 i've seen so far. A damn beast bro, wish u the best
You nailed a lot of the same things I think about! Especially the paranoia issue! I have a 348 that I just bought!
I can relate to the tax part, mine is the Porsche tax. It ridiculous what they charge because it's "this" high end car or "that" high end one.
I made my own grille guards for $80, doesn't look any worse than had I paid the Porsche tax!
Great videos, and yes, I have subscribed.
Dwayne Rose the 'Tax' is because it's a low volume car - that mustang exhaust maker will sell millions and so has loads of units to amortise the tooling and R&D spend on. Same goes for any low volume sports car. Economics 101
All very valid points and even pre-ownership anxiety is no different. The speed control measures here in the UK (sleeping policemen) make the issue of low road clearance, a massive irritation, but hey, it's a supercar!
Thanks Daniel for showing us more about ground clearance (y)
Anyway, have you or previous owner service record changed the engine mount or f1 oil pump? Forums said those two things are need to be concerned the most
Lastly Dan, I guess many people are curious about people reaction on the street or parking lot when you drive ferrari, I am really curious, it will be great if you record and shows us the positive and negative of the reaction when you drive the ferrari
Keep posting bro (y)
Hi there. I really love your videos. Keep up the good work. Does the clutch wear out out quckly and how often?
They last easily over 40k miles
@@normalguysupercar Thank you so much. I'm all the way from Africa and here it shows in kilometres so I don't need to worry about the clutch
You got me as a sub when you said "that's for fucking sure" when you were talking about the exhaust haha🤣
Lol. I have dealt with every one of those items you mentioned, including our Turbo's front spoiler getting scraped last night in this parking garage where we went to dinner, which I haven't done in a while. Not everything on Ferrari's are expensive. I am not scared to drive our Ferrari though. Lol. Drivers cars are not investment cars. Ours are mostly that. Great video and good click
bait too. Nicely done. Heidi.
Will the window lower if you try to lower it while the engine is off? Sports cars normally allow this to facilitate entry, you should try and see. 😅
Hi Dan, you do great videos about a prestige product from a 'man on the street' point of view. Ithink what you say here is exactly what you would say if you owned a 2017 Ford Focus. I have a car that is sporty but not a sports car and i love it, but still, i get it serviced by a friendly local independent notthe main dealer (who i used once and they were totally beyond useless taking 3 weeks to replace an accellerator pedal listed as a one-day job). The parts are still way too expensive, especially the exhaust system (and bearing in mind it uses many of the same running gear as it's normal saloon version why is my version costing more?) but, despite losing nearly 100 miles per tank than my old car (and not forgetting that fuel in the UK is about $2 PER LITER) and panicking every time my auto gearbox doesn't shift up on exactly the same point as normal or getting a new squeak or rattle, I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE MY CAR. And i also really love yours. embrace the pain, untimately, every time you drive your ride it makes you forget all the negatives. whatever your ride is.
will you be at the rouse rock n rides march 4 in cedar park?
what % tint are you running? In my opinion that is what completes the agressive look of this car.
Great videos Daniel.
What I also dislike on my F430 spider : The radio.
The standard radio is crap. only cd's or radio can be used.
That's why I'm switching it at this moment to a new radio-system, with bluetooth and touchscreen.
By the way ... from where did you get your footmats with the Ferrari logo on it ? They are nice !
I have normal black ones.
Which radio do you have now ? I bought the pioneer appradio sph-da120. It's a 2 DIN radio.
Great video!! I soooooo agree with all the things you've identified. I have a 2013 Viper GTS and I experience most of the problems you do. But, my clearance is better, and buying parts for it isn't really that bad. But the worry? Yeah, it's exactly the same..... I don't worry about the devaluation, but rock chips, door dings, pot holes, etc.....the things of nightmares.... Enjoy the car!!!! Life is still pretty good :)
Yeah, that and the warranty. My Viper's powertrain warranty is good to 2020....I don't sweat the transmission, diff, or engine a bit. I'm considering a Ferrari/Lambo and I love the Lambo for its reliability (Audi) and all wheel drive system, but I prefer the looks and heritage of the Ferrari. I'm also a HUGE F1 fan, with Kimi Raikkonen as my favourite driver, so I'd kinda like to be able to cheer on my brand this weekend ;) Yes, I have a Honda 2000, but anyone who follows F1 knows the McLaren/Honda partnership has been a disaster.....I hardly pay attention anymore :(
The 458 and any McLaren....way outta my league. But used Gallardo/430/360....doable. I'll give them all a shot and see what I think. Good advice 😊
Bolsters look like they wear like gm side bolsters . Can u just repair the bolster or do you have to put a new cover,on the whole seat
What's the song for your opening vid?
U r definitely the most normal car guy......keep it up bro
Thanks
The "worry" aspect I think comes along with any expensive car. You worry about where to park it, you worry about people messing with it, you worry about someone hitting it, you worry about it breaking, you worry about rock chips, on and on...... I do the same thing with my Vette and Viper. Just drive the car and let the chips fall where they may. Life's too short :)
love your car dude, being smart with your money is more important than splashing thousands of dollars unreasonably
What year modell are the Ferrari
Hey Daniel, noticed your driver side bolster is scratched. Look up on eBay for "Angelus leather paint" it is a leather paint that is colourfast and would touch up those scuffs nicely. You could also use black shoe polish and buff it into the leather.
Daniel Hurlbert - angelus paint is around $10 a bottle. Do it yourself and film a tutorial on it 🤗
Getting in and out in tight parking spaces: Here is one great advantage of Porsche. The ignition lock is on the left hand side of the steering wheel. You can put on ignition, slide the driver's window down, bend your chest over the door and get out easily. Then you close the window (on a 997 e.g. the window switches are placed european style: on the door), switch off ignition and pull the key. Nevertheless I love both Porsche and Ferrari.
Excellent point.
Dan is your car stock hight or dropped to scud spec? Time to install front scrape plates under the bumper. Kudos to driving your car btw... much respect. Cars aren't meant to be garage trophies anyways..
Re: reason #1: You need to put some skid plates on! I scuffed by bumper a couple of times when I first got mine. When I had the front resprayed I mounted skid plates under the front. Now they take the brunt of any scuffs and my paint is still pristine. I'm sure they make them for the 430 too.
Re: reason #5: I'm almost 4 years in and I *still* don't have a solution for the worry. :D Xanax, maybe? :P
Year ? Miles ? What did U pay and when did U purchase it ? Being that U said it was the lowest priced U found...
Do they make a door hinge conversion kit? So the doors will open up and out for the tight spots..
Probably?
You should look into doing an exhaust bypass. It may be possible to do with the center mounted muffler on the F430. Look at how Corvettes (C5 Z06 exhaust bypass) do it, even though it is a different muffler layout, the same principle should apply.
I already have an exhaust setup that is basically what you're suggesting. :)
about the aftermarked prices, its not average car. u know that mass production is a lot cheaper. How many there are mustangs and how many there a f430?
What’s to the right of your camera lens? I notice that you don’t look directly at your lens?
The screen
Normal Guy Supercar okay. Try not to do that. LOL!
Hey I saw you on BrosFourSpeed's video. How many miles did it have when you bought it? Seriously considering one
Thanks for the quick reply! It was the owner review of you two driving around. I found a few for sale near me but a bit over budget with average of 10-15k miles. I'd like to keep it under $100k if I could. I'll like that video for ya bub!
Daniel Hurlbert Seeing this again I remembered it was ExoticCars19's video
I'm sure this has been asked, but did you buy this car as an investment? Will you get the same amount of money back from it as you've spent on it when/if you ever decide to sell it?
rip the bearing out off the hub. i bet its an skf partsnumber on it. go to you locale hardwarestore and they should find a bering thats work... keep up the good work!
Hey whats the mpg?
If you dont mind me asking?
Daniel Hurlbert 👍🏼 thats not too bad for a car that caliber! Awsome vids keep comming! Subscribed!
Is a bolt missing on the front right belly pan
O:42 to the right... great video I like the fact you actually drive it an work on it yourself I'm subscribed
you're not a cheapass you are just spending your money wisely, thats why you could buy it in the first place. Great video, its good to see that you are actually enjoying your Ferrari rather than just parking it and looking at it. Wish you all the best!
Emir Gogalić I wouldn't mind staring at that Ferrari all day lol
I remember way back in 78 I bought the first (so the salesman told me) Mazda RX7 gs that was sold in Phoenix area.....I got it for about 7500 bucks no discount from a Mazda dealer in Mesa AZ....I went for 2 months before I ran into another RX7 I had people asking at every gas station /stop light etc what kind of car was it.....When I told them Mazda they would get a puzzled look. I was kinda fun getting all the attention .....I was hoping for more female than male. It only made about 100 HP and with 5 speed I think the 0-60 was about 9 seconds.....my Mustangs would blow it away......but they were light about 2200-2300 pound cars that were fun to drive. I drove it to S.D. on I-8 was just opened it up to 125 top speed.....got a ticket from a Chip cop that i never paid that trip.
Nice car love it.
Hahahahahahaha the exhaust comment u made to funny
Haha yeah I thought the same!
I have a F430 and to be honest these cars are for rich ppl . I know if I were rich there would be way less worry for sure .👍
me too buddy luckily I have a lot of mechanic friends
But I think you enjoy the car much more if you're not rich. And the car is just more special to you. And that's why I tink it's worth to have such a car even if you care about money
@@TheKeev90 you have written as the same what I am thinking. You're right! I think, that the most attractive things of this car are 1)sexxxxyyyyy beautiful shape,
2) it's not too old and I think it is still a respectable and amazing car for other people especially for good girls.
3) I think a Ferrari F430's sound is like a superstar voice and it is has the best exhaust sound.
4) Any other guy can't stand boastful for the reason he has a nice car.
What do you think?
I completely agree. I have a F430 spider in Rosso Corsa with the tan interior. The thing is in perfect condition. I mean, what a beautiful car and a joy to own and drive. I have to admit though, the thought creeps into my mind on occasion that I’m not rich enough to own this car.Ya, if something serious goes wrong, I can afford it, but it will hurt. And that’s the point, it SHOULD’NT hurt. I have a maintenance receipt that the previous owner paid for FORTY Thousand dollars. I guess he burned out the clutch prematurely (they told me that he just didn’t know how to drive it) and had a major problem with the folding top.
But of course, nothing like that will happen to ME.
I wouldnt worry about devalue if i ever own f430. Because first thing im gonna do is cut the fenders for LB kit. XD
To each their own.
I've never understood the paranoia thing/fear-of-driving, especially among people with multi-million dollar incomes. Love your videos!
An expensive car is still an expensive car.
to the exhaust thing, there are far fewer of these than mustangs. mustang exhaust fitment isn't as complicated under the car either, plus "super car tax". but it is crazy.
Daniel Hurlbert nice car, told the wife it's next on the list. we'll see how that goes haha.
So what's the sticker on one of those :P?
Daniel Hurlbert damn thanks for the honest reply! I was expecting you to say "More than you can afford pal, Ferrari" lol
Throw the worry out the window! Eff value, smiles per gallon is all that matters when you look back at the time spent. I used to be nervous with my m3, one day I said eff it and I've been having a blast ever since!
It's a hard mental state to let go of indeed....took me about a year lol!
Thats pretty normal to worry about not driving the car. I even do that on my cheap Alfa Hatchback. But you have an advantage of being able to work on the car yourself which I cant do that would save most people a fortune. Also that car is so low you must bottom out constantly just in normal driving conditions ?! Another thing I noticed is the seat bolster being worn. Can that be repaired ? I would normally get it done professionally but have you thought about doing it yourself ? would obviously save yourself several hundred dollars again.
+Alfa Won yes it definitely scrapes but not as much as it would seem looking at it... Yes the bolster is wearing. I'm going to have the guy that did my roof liner repair fix the bolster eventually.
great car great vid
I want to add the biggest pain that I have to live with day to day is opening the hood. Got back from grocery? Set them on the road, get in the car, put in the key, hear the annoying beep, pop the frunk, put grocery in, close the frunk, get back in the car. I wish it's as easy as popping the engine bay lol. Then of course the lack of storage space means a lot of stuff has to go in the trunk... no place to set the phone so it's always on the passenger seat and the phone will slide onto the floor u can't get it while driving lol
Oh that must be a spider thing! For security! Now I know! But yeah that's probably the biggest pain for me haha other than the constant fear of things breaking (mirrors, tail lights, headers, wheel bearings, fuel pumps )
Daniel you care to share where you find cheap parts from UK? sounds like an amazing source to buy parts...i mean we are talking about 50% less for the wheel bearings. We have to try to minimize ferrari tax on parts as much as possible, since there's labor tax as well everywhere haha. I wish I have a big garage like you to work on the car, I have a single car garage that barely fit a mini LOL
why didnt you buy the 430 scud
Way more expensive, doesn't give much more.
shitty Austin roads will give you
1) scraped bumpers
2) front bumper with paint chips (gravel)
3) cracked windshield (gravel)
Feel free to add to the list lol
True, but that's probably true or worse in may parts of the country. Roads back up North in Michigan are absolute shit compared to Austin.
Jeezles dude ez on the junk , same of us have kids and don't want to hear your programer language , if you can't and I respect that you just loose one eye no big D,,... wish you all the beast
New videos have no f-bombs anymore
This is not so much a "Ferrari tax" as it is a super car tax. Let's not lose sight of a simple reality with super cars. They are not cars per se, but rather their primary product is exclusivity. That's why things like aftermarket exhaust costs a lot.
Indeed!
GM mini van bearing has the hub and ABS all in one and it's $350.
I was driving my 911 today back home from work around 5pm on 405 freeway south near Torrance. I was driving on the leftmost lane at 5-10 mph and traffic was very heavy. Later a Ferrari merged in front of me. Its driver didn't have the roof on. I was thinking the smog around him were really heavy and he might suck in so much, why didnt he have put on the roof. Secondly I was really worried hitting him so I kept a distance until somebody merged in front of me. I seriously didn't like driving around those cars. One single mistake can cause a big financial loss.
Haha I really like your videos. I like Texas and wants to move to Texas. People in Texas are a lot more genuine than people here.
The rest of Texas should be fantastic too. i live in Long Beach now. But in two weeks I will be moving to Culver City. My studio costs 1750 per month.
I have heard of so many nice things about Austin -- the people, the nature, the food. I am a foreigner and on H1B visa. I cannot go wherever I want. Otherwise I will move to Austin in a heartbeat. I will buy a nice family house. Then I will get my favorite 911. No state income tax is such a blessing. The first time I heard of Texas is by watching the movie -- Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I really love big farms, open road and open space, nothing I can get from La La Land.
nice. will buy a chainsaw on the first day of arrival in memory of that movie.
What’s the price of the yearly maintenance honestly. Do a quick vid of every stupid question you have been asked
I'm about to release a video talking about that actually
Good summary. As I'm learning more about the F430 in prep for ownership one day (hopefully), the things I'm annoyed about it are the front and rear bumpers which are fiberglass (why not polyurethane like most other cars) so that they flex upon impact instead of chip/crack? The clutches which don't last more than 35k miles, the interior leather that comes unglued and ripples, and the plastic rear window in the spyder version. But heck, if you have one, don't spend time worrying, and just enjoy it to the fullest like you are!
great video....the "worry part" driving it around would get me.....just the other stupid people to worry about......did you consider any other car before you chose a Ferrari or was Ferrari it.....
I was highly considering a Mustang GT350 and a Corvette Z06. I also looked at the Ferrari 360 but the 430 was much more impressive to me.
Do you daily drive your F430?
Nope. But I drive it a lot.
But I agree on stupid question: people always ask me how much consumes. Do you think I know how many miles it does with a gallon?!?!?!?!?!
you will love the price of the steering rack when it gets play in it.....omy
I bet
You got me curious when you mentioned that people ask stupid questions that you have a hard time answering. Could you give me a few examples?
ryanwilsonbackup 7 months ago....guess not.
Happens to me all the time (i got no ferrari but a muscle car) people tend to do the " my brothers sister uncle cousin his son had one too and blabla"
They tend to become experts on the spot about what you drive, all the while they never had one. I understand precisely what he is talking about
My biggest worry would be driving the F-car in Texas surrounded by pick-em-trucks so high up they can’t see you in the next lane. I had that problem with my NSX In Texas.
That's why you get it bright red. 😁
Wow I thought the ground clearance on my Tesla was bad. That is low!!
Ferrari Tax is pretty much the same as the Boat Tax. A pack of 4 rolls of toilet paper for a boat's macerator toilet runs about $10 in Canada. The fact is, it's the cheapest type of toilet paper as it has to break down easily. Once you realize this you can buy really cheap toilet paper at 48 rolls for $10. That is Boat Tax at its finest. Ferrari tax is essentially the assumption that the Ferrari owner must have the money to spend and is accepting of the idea that he must spend it. There is definitely room for a company to start making after market parts that are high quality at a reasonable price. There's your million dollar idea. Be sure to remember me when you get rich.
Having bought cheaper, aftermarket parts for my Ferrari that were made in China, I can tell you that you don't really know what you're talking about. Ferrari parts are special - they're actually designed and built for ONLY Ferrari cars - they don't cross-fit your Honda or your Ford. Ferrari parts are ultra-high-performance, and have different specs and tolerances than what your Honda or Ford is designed-to. The economy of scale says you'll go broke trying to sell to a market of exclusive, limited-production cars.
I love the fact that you cuss your ass off lmao.. like if you agree😂🤣
Fuck yeah! :)
Ok, try getting in and out of an Elise that easy 😉
I do have the worry too. I so worry that I stop driving the car. I worry about the miles, about the peoples driving around me. Everybody wants to race and I only want to enjoy the car.
I was thinking that it will go away with the time but not really.
The f430 represents the 'new era' of Ferrari...first of all its the first to.have a Chain instead of the belt..that all others old versions have..then what they say about the old ones being 'delicate' is not far away from the truth..the only thing that the 430 has delicate in my opinion is the clutch...and when I had it. ( I don't know about the American version) is when I was over 280-290kph the car started to become 'unstable'...for the rest I reccommend you to never use the famous botton..."LC" I'm sure that you know what will happen..
this is one of the nicer f430's i have seen
Lol i do the same stressing over my MCS! LOL
It probably applies to any car neutering car.
Your car has great seats!
heh heh too funny, esp the last one. i think ill stick to riding the bus hhuuhuh
+google sucks certainly less worry that way.
U should get a clear rap to protect the paint u can't even tell that shitis on it if it is done right
The only problem I have with my ferrari is when I wake up
Lol yeah. I still have to pinch myself to verify it's not a dream.
It has a thick door so it's harder to get out
True.
Wow! You don't have to buy high end shit, because it is a Ferrari F430. I mean, what about quality of a car product? Keep On Keeping On Dan! I enjoy your post.
exelent video just to mention .I was calling some servis which is not ferrari as where i live thats to far so i am calling lets say to change the tires and i say i need 315x20 or 295x20 and he says yes we have that tires and what car u drive and u said ferrari aaaaaa ferariiiiiii oooo ok that will cost u 5000euros (if u dont say the car name u will get away with half of that thats i am sure 100%) but anyways i dont spare for services and tires cus if i want to get away cheap i will buy VW :D
The tires I'm using are about $450-550 each unfortunately... :( High performance tires just cost a lot.
The worry and paranoia is the thing I hate the most. Its why I haven't bought a BMW in the last 20 years. However, I figured, if I'm going to worry, why not buy a used Ferrari?
Exactly. Do it right.
It's in the end of it all .....a car nothing more nothing less. It's build to be driven and it's refreshing that you actually do.
I fucking hate yuppies that have a car like this and barely drive it. Why the fuck buy one there is 0 fun in that. Value? Seriously? If that's why you buy it?! Invest in good stock instead of a car
Heck yeah. You're far more likely to do well on the market than a car like this.
You seem like a nice guy
I try my best.
if i was him i sell it now so that way i won't feel too worry about losing the value, getting out of the car, getting dent on bottom ;) fix it up a little add some fancy upgrade to the ferrari and sell it.. that my final offer help to you ;)
Get a abs plastic sheet and trace the front bumper then make a front defuser out of it by cutting the plastic sheet then apply it with self tapping screws.bye do it or scrape it up.
I Like everything about this Ferrari
And you drive it more than most so it's gonna need partz
Yes and no. It's going to need more simple maintenance but not necessarily less common stuff since it's being used more and not sitting there rotting.
Your reason #5....I agree completely with....and is the main reason I would never own a Ferrari.
To be used and enjoyed, cars kind of have to go in "harm's way" to some extent. I like to do track days and all that, and in such an expensive car I would be far too cautious and paranoid to really enjoy the car. So for me, there would be no point.
A lesser concern....a kind of like to fly under the radar....and a Ferrari just draws too much attention for me. But that's just me....I'm kind of anti-social I guess.
Yea I think there is merit in getting a cheap beater Miata or Corvette and modding it for track use. You get to enjoy the thrill of racing and could potentially have a really fast car, but it's not something you worry about too much if it breaks down.
Haha I actually meant the reverse: if you don't have the money to afford a Ferrari you can still get some of the thrill in getting a beater sports car.
I think supercars are either bought by posers/investors who buy it for the "prestige," or people who drive them and/or work on them and actually want to experience the cutting edge in automotive technology. Your videos clearly show you fall into the second category, and I think a lot of people (myself included) would love to be in your shoes if we had the money. But we get to indulge in the dream by watching videos like this :)
ahhh first world problems......That I strive to have in the not so far future
spinelesschivo I was scrolling down to find the first person to write this 😀
Easily one of those most beautiful cars ever made.
I think so
