    Followed your warmup & walking 10k steps daily for 50 days i lost 5.6 kg from 88.9 to 83.2 kg. Didn’t do any workouts other than walking. After reducing 5.6 kgs i am relieved from knee pain & shortness of breath thankyou master😊 will continue walking & will include this videos workout daily on my routine 👍🏻thankyou for sharing useful videos master
