    Diet chart:
    Early mor: wgt loss drink:
    Cumin, ginger boil in water add lemon
    6.30 am: 5 to 10 almonds
    Bf: paneer sandwich or oats smoothie or greens dosa(pesarattu)
    11.30 any one fruits
    Lunch 100 grm(small cup) rice and big bowl of veggies or rice with fish curry or rice with chicken curry or egg whites omlet
    Evening snacks : almonds or boiled egg
    Dinner: chappathy with veg kurma
    Before bed: any one fruits 🙏 all the best
