I dont know how the hell ya got that back bolt out...cold dosent help in Minnesota. Tried for about an hr before i got pissed and went inside. I cant get my socket to land on the bolt head for shit
Got it in warmer weather when i could feel my hands...the bolt had so much rush it was hard to get socket on it. Do you have 2 fuel filters on the truck by chance? I have a 2006 columbia with loss of prime. Everyone says there should be 2 filters and i can only see one clear fish bowl filter. Followed all the lines and only see one.
My problem was putting the new one in and holding it in place to get the bolts started.... I used plenty of "working" words that day. LOL
LOL. i know what you mean. i went in and put the top bolt in first and that held it in place. that sucker sure is heavy with one hand tho. lol lol
Thanks

Hi do you think you can send me a picture of the starter wires
i'll get you some in the morning
Can a bad starter make the terminals on your battery very hot? It was humming even after I turned off the engine
what was humming? the starter?
@@curtisnstacey yes. Either that or the solenoid. Changed it and it fixed the problem. It was stuck open. Only disconnecting the battery stopped it

Taking it out was no problem. Must have long extensions. Putting it back in was a bi$ch!!
