After weeks of extreme pain I remembered that a friend gave me the tip about your RUclips channel. After doing this exercise in the evening I immediately felt less pain. For the first time in months I slept till 9.30 am. What a relief. Thank you.

I’ve gotten tension headaches pretty often for the past couple of years. I always thought it was stemming from tightness in my neck, but despite stretching my neck, the problem persisted. I came across this video and it has drastically helped with my pain and headaches!! Plus my back feels loosened up. Thanks for making these videos!! 😀

Lovely, safe mobility! I love the speed of your workouts. How can I get my knees to stay together when I rotate side to side? The bottom knee goes all the way to the floor, but the top knee won't stay together without effort.

Hi, sorry quick question, in the beginning you have us tilt our pelvis, does that change in anyway for a person whose hips are tilted the wrong way? I have that hip retrograde thing. Thanks! Really appreciate your videos!!
