Hi, im 60yrs and i have not looked after my poor body all these years. With the result i have 4 lower lumber disc herniation. I had a spinal block last week. I came across your videos and im going to do your exercises to live a healthier life pain free. Thats my goal for the rest of of my life. Ive had enough pain. I also have RA. Taking your video's with me to gym and going to do all your recommendations. Thanks so much ill let you know how i go in a months time. ❤

I actually woke up at 1, last night, because of lower back stiffness/pain and just started doing some exercises and was able to go back to sleep. You've totally made a positive difference in my life!
Hello, thank you for these videos. 2 months ago going to the bathroom was a chore, I feared coughing or sneezing as if there was a gun to my head. My intimate life...well that was just embarrassing. Anyway, I followed your tips. Followed your follow-along videos. Now. I'm standing tall. I can walk, sit, stretch, and I can (cough) perform again. Thank you, truly. Thank you.
Hi. Can you do reverse cervical spine exercise. I've been doing your shoulder popping and lower back pain exercises and its all effective. I hope you'll do one for reverse cervical spine.
Hi, im just not sure how much i need to do. Do i do all your work outs or only specific ones. Maily for disc herniation and then to strengthen my core muscles to support my spine 😂i think i just answered my own question. If you could just comment please. I think you amazing in the short time if been doing it for 2 days and already feel the relief in my legs ❤ shooting pain in my legs
I had a question that no on has been able to help me with 😫. I get a burning pain in my traps and also on my head down my shoulders. Kinda like a tension headache but with burning pain. I do feel like my traps are weak and my neck. I had a fall a few years ago and my neck and muscles never totally were the same. Im Not sure how to fix this
Whenever you can fit them in, @tonybuckingham2882! Doing them at any time is better than not doing them at all. After that, I prefer morning when I wake up or night before I go to bed. I hope they help you! Thanks for commenting.
I just feel sad, you are still dishing out these videos that only make things worse for the sufferers of back pain. We should not be twisting the Core. Core has to be stiff. The mobility should be at Hips and SHoulders. Please read Dr. McGill's Back Mechanic. Remember this: Rigid Core, and mobile limbs.

They showed me these exact moves in PT. They are wonderful stretches, and my orthopedicdictor approved them.

Agree, twisting exercises worsen the disk hernia condition but the rest is good.
Dont mess with seconds, neither one of your streching were 30sec long
