Rabies pride was a movement started on tumblr (2017 ish) to represent those who are avoided like they have rabies or acted as though they had “rabies” (hyperactive, loud, growling, biting, generally feral) due to being trans and neurodivergent.
Unfortunately, this was misinterpreted to the point people started thinking it was about wanting to genuinely have rabies or being attracted to the disease itself. Alot of people (mainly kids) then genuinely got into the idea of having rabies (going so far to allow animals and other humans to bite them).
While rabiosexual/romantic + rabies pride now can mean someone who is genuinely attracted to the deadly virus or wants to get it themselves, it was originally about being a weird little feral guy/the attraction to rabies “symptoms” (typically biting, being scratched, hyper-energy, etc) tied to both the nd and trans community

I’ve had this issue IRL with people stonewalling then being like “I needed space.” Like…Bro, communication of your needs or the issue is the whole difference there. We’ve been learning about the Cold War in history class and it’s so annoying when the textbook acts like communism is a type of government by saying things like “communism vs democracy” or “capitalism vs dictatorship” when communism is actually an economic system and doesn’t directly relate to either dictatorship or democracy, but at least the teacher made sure we were aware of that and criticized the textbooks for their very clear Eurocentric bias :3

They would do their best to help humans, after monsters are in a place to be able to help themselves for the most part. I can see dem as being somebody who would become an activist and/or somebody actively trying to change the system for the better.
It would definitely use deir wings more, and have them bigger more often, as they have a lot more space generally.

they never tell me where their going (which is important when i don't have my license and rely on them to get me to work) and now apparently they don't need to go grocery shopping because it's just me who's out of food. becuase they keep forgetting about the groceries i need every week. but they don't make an effort to include me in grocery shopping by just doing it on the weekend. when im available.

i come today asking for advice:
how do you talk about boycotts to people who initially don’t appear to pay attention to them? i have a relative who is very particular about their coffee and prefers starbucks over all else including that which we brew at home. i fear they might become indignant if i talk to them about the boycott and palestine in general, but my nervousness tends to exaggerate interactions like these. how should i approach this?
I think you shouldn't. I truly don't think they'll respond in the way you hope.

You could perhaps find some at home recipes for the Starbucks drinks they like and start the conversation with saving money by making the drinks at home themselves and they can customize it even more to their tastes?
I know it can be hard with things you believe so deeply in to not jump right in with your passion, but that typically closes folks off to what you're trying to to convince them of

i don't have much experience with managing conflict but i would recommend approaching them gently and leading with an alternative solution before explaining why. if you approach them with information about why starbucks shouldn't be bought from, they're more likely to close off and not listen to anything else you say. like fruitbatz said, i'd say write down what you plan to say, provide sources if you need to (you can also include information about their union-busting if you feel like it would help), and be patient. if you feel at all unsafe or like the conversation is going to escalate, i'd recommend ending the interaction and instead giving your time to people who'll support the boycott.. good luck man :3

I heard that keeping your alarm clock on the other side of your room should help?? Because you have to get up to get it?? Idk we wake up to alarm clocks easily -Nyx
(For this I'm assuming you have to get up earlier than usual and don't get out of bed easily)
-make sure you get enough sleep
- gradually get up earlier, give yourself some time to adjust
- no scrolling in bed !(I myself often break that rule, so I usually just suffer 🥲)
-some stretching or meditation directly after waking up might help
- set multiple alarms if you think you won't wake up from one (also as Nyx already said, maybe put one of them far away from your bed so you cannot hit snooze while lying in bed)
- wash your face with some cold water

Making a habit or routine around waking up in the morning can help a lot! It's kind of long term advice rather than immediate solutions, but it will help you keep waking up early as your body gets used to the new circadian rhythm your trying to get into

What kind of miniatures? If they can be 2D on a stand (kinda like a lot of board game pieces?) I know a fairly easy way to make those just with paper and glue/tape

@@Mushroomelixirso to make a homemade 2d mini (I use these a lot for DND) a thicker cardstock is best, or even a thin cardboard like cereal boxes, but regular paper can work too.
For the base, cut out three circles. One for the very bottom keep as a full circle. The next one, cut out a decent line out of the middle so it looks kinda like (| |) and glue/tape them to the base matching up the circle ends (if you're using regular paper you might want two layer of this so there's plenty of space to slot the character part in) Then with your last circle, cut a thin line through the middle and glue it on top of the previous layer, keeping the cut out parts in the middle parallel
For the character part of the mini, print or draw your character on your cardstock/paper/cardboard. Double over your paper and draw/print the back view (or just the front again) Cut out the outline of your character leaving a bit at the bottom to bend like flaps perpendicular to the character (the bottom bits you leave should be a little less than half the gap in the second layer of the base) In profile it should look like an upsidedown T. Then you can slot the character into the base and you have a complete mini.
This method lets you interchange the bases so you could decorate them different ways for different floors or only make as many as you need at a given time and have a bunch more of the characters to slot into them
