  • Tennis exercise for consistency : hit 100 in a row without a mistake
Consistency is an important base for your tennis.
Consider it's a fundation for your game.
Be consistent, precise, and increase progressively the intensity of your shots.
    Precision comes before power.
With this kind of exercise, you'll practice :
    Consistency/precision
    Good warm-up
Find your neutral rythm for your tennis matches
    Increase confidence
    Adapt intensity to the situation
Safety margin with the net, don't play to low
    Concentration
Fear of the mistake : put a bit more intensity when you feel it !
Don't only practice consistency, also learn to change the rythm and to attack

    Tout simplement génial! Solid hitting.
Don't understand why the court designer wasted so much space when you could fit a lot more courts laterally?

This is very impressive. Last time i tried this, I was able to do 32. I definitely felt that fear of missing starting to creep in and trusting and hitting relaxed is definitely the way

the best thing that is not mentioned is how quick he is to move in to position and he is so stable when he hits the ball. The hardest part is getting in to the right positon every ball! great job

My friend, you inspire me to work on my consistency. I can barely keep 10 ball rallies. Great hitting buddy

That's beautiful stuff. What did you string your racket with and at what pounds/kilos?

Thanks ! I change all time for the strings. Here it's a Multi Soderling New York if I remember well. 24 Kg.

TT, that's 53 lbs (for us regressive americaines), rather high tension for a Clash 100, no? Does stringing tightly improve the feel of the Clash? Do you use lead tape at all (I would think tight strings would reduce the sweet spot)?
EDIT: Just noticed you said that it was strung with multi. What's your tension for polys? I also play a Clash 100 but am a bit frustrated by the lack of feel from the racquet, so have been trying stiff polys.

@@vanodne 24 Kg is not too high, considering strings lose tension very fast. In mono I use 22 but I string racquets myself with my manual machine and I'm not sure it would be the same on another machine.

    Did you change your racquet?

I've been using the clash 100 for while

@@TeamTennisfr i just wanted to ask if you are still happy with the racket. i am also playing with it, but i have put some lead tape in the head of the racket, because it seemed to light for me. what string and tension do you use with this racket? still luxilon element with 24kg? i tried, but will continue with luxilon smart i guess. however it´s nice to see someone play so well with "my" racket.😅 all the best from germany
