Vietnamese Grilled Pork Ribs (Sườn Que Nướng)

I've lost count of how many times I've prepared this dish, and I'm confident enough to claim that Vietnamese Grilled Pork Ribs are so mouthwatering that they can stand alone as a meal. Making it at home will be even more satisfying since you'll witness the ribs come out fresh, hot, and sizzling!
With just a handful of staple seasonings like salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce, ...you can whip up a scrumptious dinner for your family in no time. Plus, you'll earn some serious brownie points with the little ones thanks to this irresistible dish!
* Ingredients:
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of condensed milk
1 Tbsp of chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
2 Tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of fish sauce
1 ( or 2) Tbsp of sesame oil
2 Tbsp of chili paste
2-3 Tbsp of grind shallot and garlic ( 1-2 shallot and 3-4 cloves of garlic)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of tapioca starch ( or corn starch)
