    Editor's Note: My edits were all made to keep the video on one, central topic by editing together relevant commentary from many parts of Hasan's streams to create a storyline that is still followable by the viewer. I also edited in commentary of my own in places, in addition to relevant external information that improves the viewing experience. A lot of edits were made for comedy purposes, or to enhance the comedic timing of certain beats, but never to misrepresent Hasan's point of view.

    I think the key phrase here is reasonable doubt. Bradley Thor can claim almost everything he does is for the sake of his trade (he has to breathe hard and grunt to hack a piece of wood in half). But for the thirst trap chef videos, there’s not a lot of cooking reasons why you should stick your finger in the middle of a finished cinnamon roll or finger a piece of fruit. It takes away from the actual skill he’s filming under the guise of, which honestly shocks me out of the moment and makes me feel icky inside. One of them stays in character (hot lumberjack) and the other one doesn’t (hot chef but he’s unsanitary and doesn’t take his trade seriously)

    • @pinkcatacombs
      @pinkcatacombs 7 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah and with pottery that is done on purpose knowing it’s like a ;) moment it isn’t cringe bc you HAVE to use ur hands in those types motions to do pottery so it’s like oh…. I’m just making pottery naturally teehee haha. There’s still an element of nonchalance?? whereas rubbing an orange and kissing dough is never happening in the kitchen so it makes it more funny than hot bc it’s an absurd concept to imagine chefs
      acting like that. It brings that absolute nonsense plot of regular porn lol

  • @shahs1221
    @shahs1221 Год назад +271

    The discussion about women not responding to more on the nose stimuli is true for me at least. For example, one time I was asked by my guy friends if I watch porn. I paused to think about it for a moment, and then said "I don't really watch porn, I READ porn." Now, granted if I'm just hella feeling it and want something quick and to the point with all the nuance of fruits getting fingerblasted like in those tiktoks, then sure I go watch porn (or read Porn Without Plot stuff), but 99% of the time it doesn't appeal to me more than the other option.
    Also yeah... Those tik toks don't do it for me at all. SO much wasted food 😢 The dudes who are already hot but just naturally putting stuff together is attractive because it bleeds confidence and competence. I feel like with more egregious stuff you'd have to be down ABYSMALLY to be into that on main.

      I think the build up of desire plays a larger role for a lot of women’s sexuality. As like one of the first steps of sexual attraction I don’t think women are societally either expected to have desire in a pure sexual way or are shamed for it. I also think the male gaze kind of plays into it in the same way as well in the way that a lot of pornographic content is made.

    i think part of why women like more subtle stuff is partly because women are socially conditioned and taught that sex and sexuality is shameful and that they as people cant be sexual, which also contributes to why a lot of women need to feel comfortable with a partner to orgasm or feel 'allowed' to enjoy sex, i know many women who have vaginismus not from sexual assault but from purely social conditioning of being a woman and purity culture they have to adhere to. on the flip side, men are able to get off too anything, overtly sexual things because they arent (usually) taught to be ashamed of sex, if anything its shameful to not be overtly sexual and horny af, theres an expectation they have to sexualise everything, which definitely has a lot of its own issues but allows them to be open about their sexual attraction in a way women cant. i also think thats partly why the main audience of these super sexual thirst trap things are middle aged women, like 30-60, i think its almost like a right of passsage, that sexually opressed women get older and go ' im gonna be shameless' after divorce or seperation or just generally when theyre no longer in the same virginal pressures they faced when they were younger, it becomes their time to be free, and re explore their youth and everything they missed out on when they were younger, i think its kinda sad that they missed out on so much and dont get to explore their own sexuality until theyre older and no longer objects of sexually predatory mens attraction, they finally get the chance to be sexual without it being used against them in some way. i mean it can be uncomfortable for us younger ppl coz we think of them as our mothers and stuff but i think its also a goood thing in a way.. sometimes they need a lil shame tho coz it gets borderline sexually harassy ngl, ive met my fair of older women trying to explore their sexuality but just lack boundaries, and sexually harass young people, i have trauma from them and dont feel comfortble around older women because of multiple instances of this, but when theyre not being predatory i think its good that they finally can be sexual, its natural and theyre deprived of that yk. misogyny has such complicated affects, it sucks when you see it in every single little thing like its so engrained in us..i think for some women its not coz of this, some ppl just arent comfy w overly sexual things, i dont like anything rly sexual or romantic either makes me uncomfy but i do think the stuff i mentioned has a huge impact.
    also hasan saying he gets more play than the average man lmaooooooooo

Like obviously 30 isn’t the same as 60, but it’s the start of when ppl might start experiencing the things I mentioned, esp if they married/had kids young, by the time they’re 30, they have their divorce and start trying to find themselves yk?

    Women and men 1000% mainly have different turn ons in this regard, men are usually more visually sexually stimulated and women are usually into like, loving, caring stuff more often than not, romantic sexual stuff is definitely more up women's alley. Also there is a genuinely good version of this, it's this one Asian dude that just has a really great ass and makes AMAZING looking food and the only sexual stuff he does is show his ass looking great in some tight pants when putting stuff in the oven or fridge/freezer and maybe licking something off of his finger every now and then but that's IT and the food he makes is actually good and looks nice and there's usually some sort of easily available recipe. I agree with this comment very much. The notion that women can’t have monkey sex brain like men is so annoying and dumb. Plenty of women get turned on by this just like plenty of men get turned on by “non aggressive/subtle” intimacies. It’s a lot insane to say Bradley is anymore subtitle when he is literally purposely GROANING and MOANING as if he is fucking while cutting wood lmao

    This is for sheltered/traumatized women who find the raw real deal too obscene but still crave the intensity. And it can be like "fun" in public spaces- it's "not supposed to happen" and fobidden.
    It can also help teen girls with very restrictive parents. They can hide these pretty well as "just cooking tiktoks" :)

    yeah so a lot of people have said similar things but even as someone (a woman) that is more into visual stimuli, i do think that eating and preparing food can be hot and also can be performed in that way for a video. BUT it has to be, like, natural actions you do while handling food, that just happen to have similarities to sexual actions (like the eating the banana example). so (even though it can be performed for the purpose of being hot) it has to seem kinda 'accidental' or at least fulfill another purpose apart from being sexual. Like, the thing that makes is sexy is the way it REMINDS you of sexual actions and not it being obviously sexual. that's what makes it exciting...that's what the nuance is for me in these videos. ah, and personally i find it not hot at all, when they switch between just the food and them looking at the camera seductivly or just showing of their body. like it has to be both at the same time, i guess? because what you are doing and you're way of doing it is supposed to be the charm, not you doing nothing...
    Also, someone wasting and destroying food (without purpose) is disgusting and evokes negative feelings for most people in general, so that's probably why most people find that video of the guy violating those fruits especially icky and not hot at all...

    to me (i’m not a woman but i’m afab) “normal” things that i find hot are usually when someone isn’t trying to be. i can be in a situation where someone is doing very mundane but then i imagine them being the same way in a sexual scenario. for most women and femme people it’s about the idea of imagination, and the fact that men aren’t thinking of sex at the moment. you can see them doing something and translate that care or concentration onto you and imagine how they’d treat you with those same hands they’re using right now.

    I don't understand why women can't enjoy subtlety and overtly sexual content. As a woman I enjoy both and feel no problem towards it. 🤷‍♀️ if it's not for you it's not for you, that's cool. but I do believe there's a lot of shame and confusion around women's sexuality that makes this type of content difficult for a lot of people to understand, and that kinda makes me sad.

    11:22 it’s kink shit
    But also for women a lot of the time the body is compared to fruit or fruit and femininity are one of the same culturally.
    (If not in medical stuff the tumor is the size of an Apple/ breast the size of melons/thinking particular lady bits are small/delicate etc like a strawberry) - it’s indirect association and that’s gonna carry person to person
    If you see a woman eating pomegranate seeds in an oil painting that iconography is significant and suggestive.
    - there’s a difference between the cam girl eating a banana and ‘swallowing’ it or eating icecream and saying whoopsie as it melts. Whipped cream I mean seriously.
    Compared to a guy taking a fruit and smushing it. He’s definetly not doing it right but he’s got the spirit thus it’s a HIMBO activity. - then it become attractive to some people like ‘oh lol look at this hot idiot mess with this thing as if he’s not intentionally being dense- or if intentionally dense is it a wild surprise or is it something to dominate because sometimes stupid sex can be enjoyable if you’re bored. It’s similar to the cam girl but the relationship males have with the female ‘actor’ is typically considering them as actual idiots/inferiors while the male ‘actors’ who do this food play are treated with more respect almost like a ‘yes chef’ treatment.
    You’re playing with you’re food and it’s food fettish stuff or it’s suggestive food play. Some people are into that for various reasons.
