I really don't know enough about this particular case to judge either way but whichever way it is, not every case is the same. I have been unaware of very evil illegal stuff a relative of mine has done. It happens.

He was due to be arrested for another attempted murder prosecution.
Maybe Kaba tried to get away from the officers because he's a career criminal who shot someone a few days before and panicked that the police were onto him for it?

Did Kaba care if he killed the man he shot at a few days before?
Did he consider the safety of the officers he drove at?
Was he the kind of citizen who gave a second thought for the people in his community affected by his behaviour?
We all know the probable answer to that.
He was an abhorrent human being, on a par with Thomas Cashman, who killed that little girl in Liverpool.
And the family had the audacity to pretend he was a good soul who did no wrong. Actually laughable. Justice was served and I hope the prosecuted police officer is doing well.
On the Stop hate UK website,it said he was a good family man,who's wife was expecting a baby and who was minding his business in a car when police stopped him,with no lights flashing(lied about that),and killed him.That's an official site to report and stop race hate crimes,so they had backing in their way of thinking.

Just because you support someone’s views doesn’t mean they haven’t broken the law - Peter Lynch plead guilty to violent disorder didn’t he, that’s a crime which carries a custodial sentence. Just like being found guilty of attempted murder would do.

In other countries if you drive at Police and you have previous for firearms offences they don't take a single shot they empty the clip. The justice system in the country is horrendous. Nature has simply balanced the books.
