Too many potentials there, which puts holes in your supposed water tight argument.
Still baffles me how the police always crank out the line "he made movements which suggested he was armed", yet no gun was found was it? Was it?
People dont make movements towards a gun that doesnt exist.
Remember when they shot that guy a few years back in his bed, who was naked? No one convicted for that murder.
Remember when the IRA guy killed in 1996 during an arrest operation in London? He complied with all requests and did exactly what they asked him to do, but still found himself getting shot. They knew they had no weapons in the hotel room, had used an extremely strong cs spray on the people in the room and after they shot the chap, the cops dragged his lifeless body down the stairs (photos online to see) and slung him outside....oh and didnt call an ambulance for him.
Let us not forget the Brazilian gentleman that was going for his train when armed thugs in the Met stood on him and shot him point blank in the face infront of terrified on-lookers and fellow passengers. The cops lied about him running away from them and made all the same sounding legally coached statements to avoid prosecution and legal proceedings.

The jury came to the right decision. But this should never have come before a jury in the first place. The individual was using a 2-tonne vehicle as a battering ram. Do you think that this individual gave a single thought about the level of damage he could have caused? He was given enough warnings by numerous officers and he continued to use the vehicle as a weapon with zero regard for the safety of others. Armed police officers risk their lives taking on hardened criminals.
So, the perpetrator concerned did not have a gun on him, on that occasion.
The balance of probability was that the possession of a firearm.was likely.
If a person is known to the police for violence snd firearms possession, unfortunately, they are risking counter measures.

It's really strange when you think about it. The demographic that most frequently expresses frustration over unfair police treatment also seems to have an unusual amount of run-ins with law enforcement. What’s even more baffling is how, in so many cases, they fail to comply with basic police commands, which often escalates the situation. You’d think that if a group feels targeted or mistreated by the police, they'd go out of their way to avoid any unnecessary confrontation. Yet, somehow, there seems to be this persistent pattern of behaviour that only intensifies those negative interactions. It’s almost as if the entire philosophy behind BLM mostly relies on emotional appeal rather than addressing the complexities of accountability.

Wow, what a word salad. Let's go through it: of course the demographic with the most police run-ins would be best placed to express frustration - they have the most experience of it. It's not strange at all.The next bit is pure conjecture, unless you'd like to share with us the details of all these cases of failing to comply with basic commnds and escalation. The following sentence "You'd think that if a group..." could simply be replaced by "I don't know what it's like to be racially profiled". In fact that could replace the entire post, for all the sense it made.

As a British born brown Muslim, (I didn't have to state this but considering the circumstances I think it plays a part).. seeing the evidence, the guy had it coming. This isn't a race issue. If that was my brother, I would be asking.. why did my brother do that? Using his vehicle to ram into police? That would mean my brother was up to no good. If he is capable of ramming into a police today, what would he have done tomorrow? If he was innocent, he should have pulled over. His reckless decision meant that the outcome was justified.

This tone of this report comes off as seeking justice for violent gang members. Chris Kaba, street names Itch or Madix, was a member of Brixton-based gang/drill rap group 67. He was the likely shooter in an attempted murder a week before he was killed and the Audi Q8 he was driving was involved in a firearms incident the day before he was killed. As everyone can see from the police footage, Kaba tried repeatedly to ram his car free from the blockade, potentially injuring the police officers who had been trying to get him to stop. The police are by no means perfect but I think it’s clear to any reasonable person that their actions were justified on this occasion.
