    As a black person i have no sympathy and I am also fed up with people thinking that our way of thinking is homogeneous because we are not.
    The adult is never in the house to do the raising but they are there to make idiotic noises when things like this happens.
    For criminals to be martyr for the community is an embarrassment and lunacy.
    To those that have delinquency running in their family and proud of it, please stop dragging the community along.
    Raise your voice to the gangs and the stabbings and evil deeds rampant in the community. It is tiring!!!!

    • @jeffholt9437

      I agree that this information should have been withheld from the jury (it was sufficient to know that the car had been used in a shooting and, possibly, that the shooting suspects were young black men) but, as the woman presenter said, this should have been considered by the CPS as this trial was all about decisions made by BOTH parties - the officer and the suspect. Given the suspect's history and propensity to violence, it would have been simple to conclude that the prospect of harm to the officers was a genuine possibility. And then we have politically motivated prosecutions.......

    The history of this car and the history of Kaba should have been told to the jury as this would given them an insight as to how the officers were approaching this situation. They knew that the occupants of the car were probably armed and were certainly dangerous.

    • @creepingbrain
      @creepingbrain 2 часа назад +2

      The officer didn't know it was Kaba. He didn't know anything about Kaba. All he knew was that there was a marker on the car. The jury were told about the car having a marker and why. The jury weren't told about any crimes Kaba may or may not have committed because it played no part in the officers' decision to shoot. The trial wasn't about Kaba's character, it was simply about whether the officer was justified in using lethal force which can only be used when there's an imminent threat to life. The officer didn't shoot because he thought Kaba was armed and about to fire a weapon, it's because he thought officers were going to get run over by the car.
