Great tool that I am now using because of you! I would love to see the deeper dive video on what more this can do!
I love VDO ninja for adding a remote cam to my livestreams! I live-streamed a DJ dance party and used my cell phone as a break-out crowd cam using VDO ninja and it worked perfectly.
More deep dive, I used this app a while back when it was OBS ninja and couldn't get the audio part to work , looks like it's more polished now! Awesome! Looking forward to trying it again.
Yeah it seems very polished and it just works.
Thanks again for another great video, you have been a huge help to me setting up my streams
Thanks for the video. I wasnt aware of this. It's great!
VDO has some great tricks indeed. The real power comes when you start to manually add parameters to the url. example, if you want to add a limiter by default (a very good thing to do) then add &limiter to the url. Others I think are must use, &ac=1 it makes everyone come in with a mono signal, &eq enables the control room eq for ur guests so you can adjust them if needed, &avatar lets them select an image for when someone turns of their cam, &animate=0 turns off animations, helps keep cpu usage down for peeps with slower systems. these parameters are added to the invite url u give to guests.
Thank u so much. Ive been trying to figure out how to do this for hours👍🏽
THANK YOU! I have been working on this for weeks and couldn't figure it out...
Thanks Michael, Awesome video as usual!
It would be freaking to see a deeper dive into thise cool tool!
Will do

Will do.
A Deeper Dive would be cool, this channel really helps out a lot.
Steve has been doing some amazing work on both this and his Social Stream Ninja.
Definitely. I had to become a sponsor.
For sure
thanks a lot for this. super helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Appreciate the help Forreal !!!!
GREAT VIDEO! Thank You!
Glad to help.
deep dive... plz & thank you!! Love your videos!
Good video Michael.
you helped me out a lot w my set up
This is a great tool and what an amazing free tool 😍
Thanks!
Thanks for this good sir. Very helpful for me for the near future. I'd like to start a podcast and/or having guest to co-cast games with me and I was wondering if it's possible to do it through OBS and now I know this is possible. Appreciate your help a lot. 💯
It is an awesome podcasting tool. You can even record right in the app I believe.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr great 🫶🏼
I been needing this
Glad to help!!
Thanks Michael!
You bet!
Thank you
New subscriber 🎉
I love using this
Cool
Thanks
Teşekkürler Michael.
U are the best it does not get easier than this
Yes, please do a deeper dive. While this is a "gee-whiz, ain't it cool" app, I don't see a reason to use it based on what you've shown us so far. It just looks like a different way of doing the same thing we've been doing with NDI. What is the killer feature that I don't have already? If I'm having a VoIP or video conference call with someone, we're going to be using whatever app they are comfortable with (and they can use their smartphone with the app). I capture it with NDI in OBS. StreamYard and other services let you do what you just showed us with what is essentially a web based version of OBS.
I need to ISO record each guest. I would like to ISO record each feed with OBS if possible. But if not, Ninja ISO records will be ok. Trying to remove a post-interview download step. It was a great find and tutorial. Thx.
Great video! Is there an easier way to stream from Quest 2 VR from Streamlabs! SO much has changed in the last year I was hoping there was an easy way.
Yess, More please, deep-Dive please !
Thanks!
Awesome job my friend. Quick question for you, my guest has difficulty to hear me from his phone, what do you think cause that? Thank you in advance
If you grab the link and drag it on to obs then you can just drop it and it'll link it up like that btw. It's cool
Do you need two webcams? Do you run into an issue on a single cam where OBS won’t open cus VDO Ninja has control over the one webcam? Thank you
Thanks, Michael. That was very helpful. Quick question, when using vdo ninja, are the guests able to see any graphics you put up in obs? Is there a way to do that?
They cannot unless you share your screen as a Director!
Would definitely like to see more on this
Will do.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr thx
Hi, I'm a vtuber and I'm hosting an event with other vtubers, video ninja seems very user friendly and I was wondering if it only does cameras or if it's compatible with apps like vtube studio in place of the camera
Hello Michael, great video. I have a project I am working on. I will be streaming LIVE from a conference, however, we have people who will be joining via Facebook to view the session. I am wondering is there a way that each individual who joins facebook can be a guest on OBS to view and interact with the conference. Is that possible or do I need another software?
My biggest thing with doing a show with guests is them being able to see my screen or hear what I am showing on screen (vid clip previews). If that can be done with vid ninja, I am all for it.
You can share your screen to guests so they can see everything.
You're also able to send your obs scenes via virtual cam and then a virtual audio cable if you prefer that way too. Michael already did a video on how to do that. It's good
Looks cool. Is it possible to have a guest ScreenShare?
Great video, I have 2 questions
1. Can I then stream this from obs to Mixcloud
2. We dj and I’m wondering if I can add my friend and then he can dj via video to my obs ?😊
On it
The Online Domino Community and Domino Entertainment Hybrid Events is definitely in the building 🏫.
Does this work for simple recordings? I'm a little too shy for live streaming, but I would like to record my long-distance friend's reactions to videos and upload them.
Does this allow the guests to share their screens as well? Like for squad gameplay and face video?
i have social stream ninja...will this video nina interfere with that running at the same time during a live?
How would you do it to setup so you have guests can see what you are streaming? For example if I was streaming ps4 or a youtube video for reaction style video?
i use it for a long time now. there's some awesome extras but also sometimes hard to put the &bitrate &other in.
I absolutely enjoyed to watch this tutorial very easy to follow and understand
@MichaelFeyrerJr is it also possible to let a guest share their screen?
VDO Ninja is great tool... A deep dive will be fantastic!
I was curious if you can use a single source for both webcam and screen capture of a guest...
In the group scene probably.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr I use two URL in same scene but I was trying to reduce browser sources usage
Michael I'm using a Mac M2 everything is fine except when I move from the ninja page to anything else the audio cuts. Even to OBS. The only way I can have the convo is stay on VNinja page. Also I think I'm experiencing the issue with Samsung. My guest was using Samsung and initially the video came but then disappeared even though the guest and her audio remained. Any thoughts especially about not getting audio when u leave tab?
Thanks in advance!
VDO Ninja is what I use :) works great
Deeper dive!
Can you also share a screen or the browser window to make a presentation so guests can react?
Yes... deeper dive for sure. Also... would you prefer this setup over Evmux?
For my setup yes.
Does it still lag like hell when you have 4 or more guests? About a year ago when I tried it was unusable with lag with different guests using different devices and cpu would go crazy.
Please explore more about VDO Ninja.. for presentation if using app like powerpoint or share screen pdf and if presentation using document camera.. is it clear enough the text we share to meeting participant? And so if we shared video presentation is it good using VDO ninja?
Not seeing my window when i add myself to OBS. I see a red dot and a square connected with a line at the top left corner. Looks like it needs to be resized, but i ca not get it resized. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
say i wanted to record a video and have them see what i see in live time how does that work? adding the guest is a good video but say you want to link up for a reaction video. how do you display that video and have guest on the same view
do you have to use headphones? will it record all audios too? Will there be a feedback issue if no headphones are used? thank you\
Yes
Im trying to do this but when I add my camera onto VOD Ninja I can't get it to work on OBS. Is there a way around this without using a second camera?
I’m assuming you can use one virtual camera so guest can see what is streaming.
Also, would a single quest need to use a headphone?
So??? If taking your advice for manual... 25 guest.. you'd have to load.... label etc. 25 times???
Is it possible to save that total set up of 25 guests for a later meeting... or do you have to do this everytime??
This is cool. But there really should be a plugin or a script that pulls the links in and sets up the combined window. This is a lot of boiler plate work that could and should be scripted.
I'm having issues. Either i can use my cam for obs, or i can use it for ninja, but not both. how do i use the camera on both?
When you add guests to your podcasts can you regulate their microphone volumes as "OBS" administrator so that they're all at the same volume level for the listeners?
Any particular reason you did not have to go through the Electron Capture step? Or did I miss you saying something about it?
I just noticed in the owner's tutorial that he said we don't need to use that any longer. I guess I have my answer. Was there a reason that was important before and not now?
i keep running into issues with camera. I only have my laptop camera. If it is opened on the control room it will not show up on obs. This happens allot in different scenarios because I only have one cam what is the work around. You just put your one cam up and then up again and it works again that does not work for me. I am trying to do a live show with a guest on friday so can you PLEASE give me an answer.
Silly question perhaps but does this save in obs and in ninja or does a new link and setup need to be made every time you want guests?
I use the same session ever week when I stream and the links stay the same in OBS.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr thank you so much
Notification 🔔= ON
Thanks!
Can you talk about the “record local & request file“ buttons????
Is there a way to set up the guest scene in advance, and just change the guest link each time. I’m assuming that guest links would change each session.
That is the one piece that’s a tad annoying. You have to update the links each stream.
did anybody notice the gta5 names micheal and trevor 🤣
Hey guys, I need help with something. For some reason some people lose their audio in the VDO Ninja, either they can't hear one or more of the other members (while still hearing others) or their machine(laptop) will get really hot. What can I do to address this? I only want the audio portion of the stream because I use animated avatars to send the audio through OBS. Is the overheating or audio dropping out an issue for anyone else?
Cut off hardware acceleration in OBS advanced settings and/or use Electron Capture.
My guest are echoing when I use VDO Nija. Would you know why this happens?
Someone isnt wearing headphones usually. That’s the most common reason.
when i join obs, my camera doesn't show, but shows in vdo ninja. any help? thanks!
Seeing this I’m shocked anybody would use streamyard instead besides bringing up comments I guess.
There’s an app for that too. :-)
@@MichaelFeyrerJr I have friends that use streamyard but are trying to get into obs so I always link them your tutorials. They don’t have the best PCs for streaming so I’m trying to get them to be more app based so their ram can handle their streams as you know browser based eats up memory.
This or discord is the easiest way to
I just watched and followed the tutorial on bringing up comments and the emoji wall. My chatters have been loving the new look. Bye bye stream yard!
One question....once you set up the video Ninja link.....is it one time or can you set it up, send it to your guest. Then if you have another stream the following week, can you use the same link or do you need a new one?
Has anyone tried this and then used OBS Virtual Camera to participate in a Zoom meeting? My concern is whether the Zoom call recipients will also receive the audio feed.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
The only issue is how do my guests see what I am doing on my screen in OBS? For example. If I play a video clip in OBS , my guests in VOd cannot hear of see the video ? Correct ?
You can share you obs screen with the guests.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr through teamviewer apps or how ?
directly in VDO Ninja
Can my Guests join without using camera and have just audio sound?
how does the guest watch the stream in realtime while being featured so they and interact and response to happenings in the live
You can share your display in VDO Ninja
@@MichaelFeyrerJr works with prism?
Can the guests see each other
Do a dipper video
We use this but be warned it hammers performance for guests with low end pcs or macs, ramping cpu up to 100% for some. I’ve dropped the quality but it’s still very cpu hungry. With decent machines it’s good.
How are the guests able to see and hear you?
how can i share screen ??
This doesn't work for me. I can't have my mic/camera working on both OBS and Ninja; I can only have one or the other.
Why set 1920 and 1080?
Can I pay you a one hour consultation fee to help me setup my podcast audio and video?
