Hi there! Is there anything you can think of we may find at home to use for this exercise for those of us who don't have a plate or any access to one please? I can only think of using the bottom step of the stairs and that is a bit too high but technically can be used. THANK YOU 🤝🏻
Really like your content. Gonna give a try to some of this exercice. I think it is the only way to feel young for the longuest and you need to do this your hole life .working on every part of your body in some kind of cycle keeping your joint healty.
Hello mate, i just came off cross country season and my right knee isn’t on the best of shape, squatting hurts with only body weight. Is there anything I can do to strengthen my knee specifically?
I ruptured my archillie 5 months ago, back to work and walking but it’s still tight and I’m nervous to do certain things with it. Anything you can tell me that can help? Or even post a video?
