    This half foot progression is very hard but kinda fun too, I gotta work more on this drill

    Ill use my dance pole to hang onto. My balance needs some work.

    Over the years of exercises, I've done all of those. Just not in that order or for reason of improving my balance. This video puts it in perspective. Love it!
