      This looks like a block of the thoracic spine and sacroiliac joints too. Try to unblock with physiotherapist by high-velocity low-amplitude (HVLA) techniques.

    this calmed my disc down but when I walk after about 30 min of getting up my spine be cracked out again. Do I need a new back?

    • @dorehabilitacji

      This is a normal situation, the damaged disk is still working. Over time, the pain should lessen and disappear as you walk

      @@dorehabilitacji that’s good news. I’ll continue performing the suggested exercises. Thanks for replying.

      How are you doing now ?

    • @clublulu399
      @clublulu399 Год назад +1

      @@mysticgaming5629 I'm doing much better, thanks. After performing this stretch & glute specific exercises the pain in my lower back faded and transitioned to my glute area. The pain in my glute was extreme at first from how weak it was, but the pain lessened the stronger the muscle got. I'm probably around 80% recovery from what I was initially.

    What about glute exercises. Like a reverse leg lift. Is that ok with L2-S1 bulges, or would that probably pierce the cauda equina?

    • @dorehabilitacji
      @dorehabilitacji  8 месяцев назад

      The exercises you write about can be used, but gently, gradually increase the leg lifting. It is best if the leg is bent at the knee to 90 degrees. It is worth working with a physiotherapist.

    Stretching a herniated disc is not a good idea. It will relieve pain temporarily but will extend the healing process

    • @dorehabilitacji
      @dorehabilitacji  10 месяцев назад

      Ok, but therapy must always be selected individually. You should not generalize.

    • @dorehabilitacji
      @dorehabilitacji  9 месяцев назад +1

      Position and exercise determines the retraction of the nucleus pulposus to the center of the disc. Enables the healing of cracked rings. It often reduces pain. However, it is a long process and not always effective.

    I'm going to try this I have two herniated discs and sciatica if something doesn't work soon to fix this pain I'm done. I called my doctors and nobody responds. I got referred to a spinal doctor They haven't called me. I don't think taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen so many times is good. I understand why people drink alcohol it helps get rid of pain.

    In Acute phase back extension exercises.. later on after few weeks or months flexion exercises and core strenthening .Trying both types of exercise after disc problem at any phase will aggravate problem and back/nerve pain too.

    Use gym balls if possible forever.
    Have Calcium+D3+B12+Omega 3,6 supplements as per need.

    So flexing the back up & down, not hold up in place correct? I have 3 herniated disc’s on my lower back and I been doing this but staying up for 30 seconds or so and it hurts a lot when I come back down.

    Prosze mi pomoc. Czuje symptomy rwy kulszowej (badanie rezonansu dopiero wykonam) plecy mnie nie bola ale za to bol łydki jest nie do zniesienia podczas chodzenia. Do tego mam ciage stopę zdrętwiałà i ruch grzbietowy palcow u nogi jest bardzo osłabiony. Domyślam się ze jest to przepuklina uciskającą z L5. Czy jest szansa na poprawę? Jakie cw wykonywac by ucisk się nie zwiększał? Bardzo prosze o odp.

      Taki objaw może świadczyć o dużej dyskopatii (przepuklinie). Spróbować wprowadzić ruclips.net/video/jKSE0qi8xHs/видео.html następnie wprowadzić część 3 ruclips.net/video/kV-Fg8ZOCbc/видео.html a po paru dniach dopiero drugą ruclips.net/video/resaGf3N0j8/видео.html
      Ćwiczenia dobrać te które się da wykonać, nie wszystko na raz. Dużo leżeć, mało siedzieć. Czekać na rezonans. Indywidualną pomoc można uzyskać na info@dorehabilitacji.pl

      Seek medical care as fast as possible if you experience any weakness and numbness. Loss of bladder controll or inability to pee needs immediate medical care. Or you may become paralyzed
