I was wondering if I needed to "force" it (generaly not a good idea), but you made me realize I haven't the right angle. If you want more precise reference words for your video : Samsung calls it the "Water reflector" part (in the manual, p.12).
Thank you! Our dishwasher spilled over during a cycle and we were so panicked. The only thing we could find off was this bar. I was worried a piece broke off or something since we couldnt get it to stay and our dishes were not getting clean at all. I should have taken a flashlight to look. I did not see those bolts. This was a very easy fix. Thank you 💯!!!!

Amazing! I was looking for a video about middle rack removal and your came across. My dishwasher had that problem and I didn’t know it. Now it’s fixed, thanks!!! Still need to find a way to remove middle rack to clean it properly.
It was driving me crazy that I couldn’t get it to “click” in, then looked more closely and saw your shuttle was a few inches up the track. Mine had been all the way back. Once I moved it forward a couple inches and tried again, problem solved! Thank you for the video!

There's 2 releases around the end where you can take them off and the rack slides off
