Thanks, it helped fix the same issue for me. I have a new DW and the installation technician left the waterfall arm unconnected and i was also getting unclean dishes in bottom rack.

Does his bar need to be all the way the back? Mine came out too but the bar is on the front.

oh thanks!!! bought a new house and the dishwasher came with it. I don't like Samsung dishwashers...had a bad experience in the past...the water reflector came off and i didnt know how to put it back. I didnt push hard enough!! Thanks!!

These dishwashers are the biggest pieces of shit in the appliance world. Nothing Samsung makes is worth even scrap price.
