Thank you! No you didn't overlook it ..there is none. I trim or dust my ends at most twice a year...that means sometimes I do it just once a year... depends on if and when my hair needs it.

The only DIY hair mask I use is the "Clay mask"...and I have posted a video on that. I don't use any other hair masks...I just Deep Condition my hair with The Harmony Naturals Deep Conditioner...From My Hair Care Line
I don't wear cornrows.. basically cos I can't cornrow my hair by myself..plus now, I have a lot of Hair... putting all that hair in cornrow will mean Tension for my scalp and I don't want that. I used to flat twist a small section of my hair before for some styles I used to wear...but not any more
