Hello, i used fenugreek tea in my hair for quite some time and last year i realized that here and there my texture changed, I didn’t have the same curl pattern and my hair was limp. I went to do some research because I didn’t use heat or chemicals so I didn’t understand. Apparently if you use fenugreek to regular, because it contains a lot of natural protein, it can affect your curl pattern. Do you have experience with that, or maybe it should be mixed with other herbs? Any tips?

Can you tell me what you use on your face or skin. I noticed you have a nice even skin tone and colour. Pls respond with answers in exactly what product you use. I would love to know. I have even glowing skin too and never use chemicals. And lately after I said you did not show us what you do to your hair - you ended up doing the oove practical video with your faughter. See how many views you got? Thst was not a coincidence it was simple basic commonsense and solution because if you say you are doing somerhing do it dont just say it. Follow it up and thay authenticity is what draws and kerps people and views. It was not magic. Just truth. Wealthy people in knowledge or ideas or anything have no problem sharing with people what they know because they know it does not reduce what they have and you wil botocevthat what we usually know someone else knows it..might not be to the extent you do or level it can be higher or lower but noone looses anything. Noone learnt or knows anything from nowhere therefore not yelling people or showing people means nothing..for example metelling or sharing your channel with people. Pure hearts and valuable people do that..and the opposite is also true. Thank you

You can use a coffee grinder or a food processor to grind whole seeds...and add some(like a tbsp) to your breakfast cereal. You can also add some to your mayonnaise when making salads or sandwich. For Almonds you can simply snack on them

@@Evangelist_EstherEyituoyo No...you don't soak before grinding..and when you grind, and then keep refrigerated cos you don't want the oil in the flaxseed for example to go rancid. Feel free to add in small quantity your smoothies as well
