Moisture is the key. I see "natural hair" girls on RUclips with their hair falling out. They think the "protective style" will save their hair. No, your hair needs mositure. Stop handling your hair the lazy way. Listen to this channel for correct hair knowledge.
You said it all... that's it... handling Natural hair" The lazy way" is costing a lot of people their growth and progress in the hair journey. Thank you so much 🙏🏾

I've watched some of your videos and thoroughly enjoy the education that you're passing on. Your daughters hair is beautiful just like yours. So true about consistency. Living in U S.A. we used what was available and had healthy hair. My mom only used shampoo, regular rinse out conditioners and hair grease, that's it. I always had a head full of hair and long. Now because of chronic pain I don't take care of my hair like I use to and it's telling on me. It's still long but, I'm losing density due to dehydration because of going longer between wash days and not moisturizing. Well, for the 1st time in a long time, last month for 3 consecutive weeks I washed my hair and I only used a leave-in conditioner afterwards and had very little hair shed with the last 2 wash days. More than anything, hair needs that hydration on a regular basis. For sometime now I've been telling myself that I have to wash and condition it one day, and the next day moisturize and style it but, I never get back to it until I wash it again. Watching hair videos do motivate me, so along with prayer, I'm gonna start watching on a regular basis again to give me a push and get my scalp and hair back to a healthy state. I'm so grateful for your videos because it reminds me of how I use to care for my hair. Although I have always loved styling my hair, I enjoyed putting care into it more than anything.
